Good quality at a good price
I purchased this companies lamp back on February 21 and it burned out yesterday, October 16. I have purchased lamp/housing combos on two occasions from Electrified and both lasted approximately 7 months. I have previously purchased OEM lamp/housing models which did last a little over 2 years but considering the cost of $130, purchasing 4 of these I would save money in the long run and would have a slightly longer life between the four. The picture quality is undiscernable in my eyes (I am not a videophile), and changing the housing is a piece of cake (my 10 year old changed it yesterday, with my supervision, as I purchased an extra one last time to avoid shipping costs), so for me going for the less expensive model makes more sense. They will last much less time than OEM models or much more expensive ones, but thy are more cost effective. I can't afford the new TV I want right now, so this is the best option for me and I will assume others.

Ordered this lamp for my 65" Mitsubishi DLP and received it the following day (cost is extra) and the product is as described. Fits perfectly and so far works flawlessly. I've only had my tv on for 10 minutes at the moment so I will give a follow up review should I run into any issues in 1 day, 1 month, 6 months, or whenever an issue should present itself.***UPDATE***Today is 2/15/17 and the bulb still works good. I may need to swap it it soon as the TV intermittently shuts off every now and then as of late but, that could be due to dust. Will remove lamp grill and vacuum dust out to see if that resolves the issue. If not, I got my money's worth and will purchase this bulb again.***UPDATE***On 4/7/17 the bulb has officially blown. Tried replacing with an OEM because I found it discounted on Amazon. However, when I received said lamp it did not arrive as described. Completely different bulb and no housing. Looks like I'm in the market for another lamp once again. For the price and life of the bulb (8.5 months) I'll be purchasing it from Electrified Discounters one again!***UPDATE***Purchased replacement on 4/10 but can't remember exact date received. With that being said, is been less than ONE week and my replacement blew. Disappointed. Very disappointed.

Short Lived!!!!!
While it worked, it looked great; however, it only lasted for 5 months. Of course it died the day before the 4th of July, so I won't be getting a new one until next week. I decided to get an OEM Lamp this time. You will have to pay more for it, but at least it won't blow after 4 or 5 months. The last OEM lamp I had lasted for 5 years (Yes, I got my money's worth on that lamp). 5 months verses 5 years is a Big difference!!!

Toast after a week, but...
Bulb imploded after about a week in a clean, well-ventilated tv cabinet. Unfortunately, any bulb you buy under $30, regardless of vendor, has a 50/50 chance of popping within the first two weeks. Fifteen percent will implode immediately or within a few hours. Survivors of the blow-up round will dim 50% within a month of heavy use and get progressively worse toot sweet until the brightness setting on your TV cannot help. Thirty percent of all bulbs will also emit a toxic perfume for about twelve hours that Pepé Le Pew wouldn't even go near, which is delightful considering the obligatory cancer warning slip the lamp ships with tells you to wash your hands immediately after even touching the casing. The bottom line is, in this price range it doesn't matter who you buy from or what the description says; you'll never get more than one month of acceptable brightness out of one of these units, or three months total. Every one is defective, because they're defective by design. Bear in mind that self-destruct time is calculated in hours of use, though, not days since install, and longevity is directly proportional to how well ventilated the TV cabinet is. Heat is the one and only nemesis of lamp-in-housing units. You always want to buy the ones with two plastic vent grids instead of two fine mesh screens for cooling. The review for this lamp applies to all similar lamps in the $30-and-under range. None are going to be any better than the others. Neither will customer reviews provide the inside track on a good one or ferret out a bad one. All you can do is buy one from a vendor with a tip-top rating, swift and easy refund-and-return process, and some kind of warranty offering (like 150 days in this case). But forget quality. The solid truth is, your guess is as good as the seller's about whether you'll get a keeper. That's why I always order two instead of one so I don't have to go without TV yet another week while I return whichever one imploded during overtime of the Chiefs game.

Worked great for me. Very satisfied!
I purchased this bulb March 2017 for my Mitsubishi DLP t.v. It is still going strong as of February 2019. I'm ordering another one for a replacement when the current one does go out. I have had my television for about 12 years and have tried many different bulbs over the years with some being better than others. I have been very satisfied with this bulb for the price.

Replacement Lamp
At first I was hesitant of purchasing this lamp because it was one of the lowest, other lamps went as high as $275. After reading some positive comments I decided to give this product a try and even canceled a technician who was going to install it for a high price. After it arrived I open up the back of the TV, just 2 screws and remove the old lamp with housing, another two screws. Pulled it out and replaced it with the new unit, had a little trouble putting the screws back in and my husband finished it up. The TV is working great and I plan to buy another lamp as a spare. I would recommend this seller; no complaints.
