Had an issue with the seller, but they were good enough to reach out and make it right. As for the bike, it’s a good value for the money. Smooth ride! Easy to assemble.

THIS IS A REALLY UNCONMFORTABLE BIKE , THE BRAKE ARE FAR AWAY FROM A NATURAL POSTURE ,THIS IS THE FIRST TIME SINCE A WAS A KID THAT I WANT TO BE THE ELASTIC MAN AND INCREDIBLE HULK AT THE SAME TIME TO REACH THE BRAKE PEDAL ANT TO HAVE THE POWER TO PRESS IT, IS DANGEROUS AND I GOT A FLAT TIRE BEFORE A USED IT ,, TRY TO REACH ,TILL RIGHT NOW NO ONE ANSWER MY COMPLAIN 2 STARS CAUSE IS ALLUMINUM FRAME THE REST IT LOOKS CHEAP MATRIAL

This bike looks great, but was delivered to me as defective. I took it to a local well known, reputable bike shop and they would not touch it due to the issue as well as the cheap parts it was built with. Unrepairable.Where I messed up was not keeping the original box. Now I eat the $$$ with no refund - that part is on me.

The bike looked good but was damaged in shipment or just defective. Front caliper was bent so the rim could not be mounted. Was missing the decals on the rims(no biggie). Scratches throughout the bike. Returned the bike.

Easy to assemble. Great starter road bike

Wrong assembly menu and the quality is not good.

Piece of the speed change gear, has a bolt broken inside and i have to pay more than 70 dollars to get it fixed
