Bought this during the pandemic . The water stay hot for about 6-7 hours . I used it to store my already infused tea. It is easy to use and clean . Good option to store hot beverages.

Arrived, box was in perfect shape, the thermos was packaged well but the thermos had a big dent. Returned it for a replacement… it arrived with a smaller dent.. and it wasn’t from delivery, it was packaged that way.

Great product and I highly recommend it! Easy to fill and stays hot for hours.

This is really an excellent Pump Dispenser. I bought this to make my weekends relaxing at home, always having fresh coffee in the dispenser for anyone who wanted it. Its become so popular, my college daughter and her friends take it into our garage and study in there with it. Our garage has been converted into a study room or even party room. The Pump action is very smooth and predictable and there's even a lock on it which is great for transporting. Its also very easy to clean. This dispenser has been taken to family gatherings, and its always appreciated. Anyone who has shattered this dispenser is just too rough with it. There's no way it explodes on its own, even going from hot coffee to ice water, it wont effect the glass liner. Glass is the best way to store coffee. I have recommend this dispenser to many who have seen it and wanted one also. I'm writing this review because I'm about to order a second one for the holidays.

We originally bought this thermos while traveling and it was wonderful, I used it at home every day to keep iced tea cold upstairs so I wouldn't have to go downstairs for drinks constantly. On our last roadtrip I dropped it and it broke, so I ordered another on Amazon and had it shipped to where we were going. It arrived with a big dent in it, the box was fine, but the thermos was in bad shape, I returned it and they shipped another and this one too has a HUGE dent in it, I don't know what's going on with Amazon or whatever seller is shipping to me (it is a prime item) but I am not keeping a dented thermos. I think I will just find it in a store like I did the first time and let amazon have all the dented ones

Great size and function but the water doesn’t stay scorching hot straight out of kettle as I had hoped. It does remain hot but slowly cools I’d say within the first 2 hours. I tested the water after 12 hours and it was still warm but not warm enough to properly brew a tea bag.

Received in a damaged state with several dents as appears on the photo. Disappointed as I bought it being recommended by few satisfied customers.

Even though the reviews weren’t great, I decided to give it a try and I’m so glad I did. The flask arrived in perfect condition with excellent packaging. The quality is amazing, and even though the price was a bit high, it was worth it since I bought it as a gift. Very happy with my purchase!

I really love these pump pots because they have glass insulation instead of stainless steel which keeps the coffee hotter and ordered 1 that arrived smashed to bits because it was packed wrong and not labeled fragile. So I ordered 2 more and again they arrived completely shattered. I have only received 1 that was not broken and 1 need 2 of them. I will have to wait now until I get some of my credit back to order it again. Very Unfortunate that they do not know how to pack sure a fragile item.

The quality of the plastic is so poor that the aging started last than 1 year young. I purchase this item May 2023. The valve was broken into tiny particles because of aging within 10 months. The rim of the lid carrying the metal tube started to age as well as shown in the photon. Ting black particles get into the water which may affect our health. I don't know know if it is still under warranty ( less that one year) and if it is, how do I get a replacement. Probably, should not use to hold hot water.
