poor customer service
My problem with this is that no matter how hard you try you can't contact the manufacturer which is bad for business. They say the battery should last about three years, that's not true. I ordered this twice and within a month the display went out and when I try contacting the manufacturer the never respond and my chat with them is still open.

Keeps liquids warm but digital reader doesn’t last long
Purchased in January 2023 and by June 2023, the digital temperature reader stopped working. :(It keeps water warm for sure - but I use this for making my babies bottles while on the go and now I never know the temp.Also, to get rid of the smell upon delivery, just add water and salt and let it sit upside down!

Excellent Gadget Gift
I purchased this item for a co-worker who likes Gadgets. When I gave it to her she almost jumped out of her chair. She has been utilizing this Gift everyday without complaints. We all have thermos and coffee mugs. But instead of getting the thermos over and over I figured let's go high-tech and she loved it. (1 mth Later Still Using It)

Seems nice but seems used
Just got around to opening this, and the tumblr smells like tea on the inside, as if it’s already been used. It’s too late to return at this point. But I am a little disappointed if it has been used.

It measures temperature.
It’s a good vacuum container for hot and cold water. I thought it counts my drinking volume, and it does not. I returned it for that reason.

I bought two. my husband loves it. It’s easy to clean, doesn’t leak, stay hot for almost 12 hours or more. And its perfect one cup coffee. It’s really great for those who need to prep lunch or breakfast from day before.
