This softcover book is an excellent option to record all maintenance and history related to your vehicle. There's ample space to record details and with the proper use of this book, there's no need to guess if or when the vehicle needs to be serviced. I use regular ballpoint and ink joy gel pens in this book and have not noticed any bleeding of ink to the back or next pages. The soft cover is delicate and prone to catching little bends around the edges, but as long as it is stored in the glove compartment or on a shelf, it'll be okay. The cover could be a bit sturdier, made out of a thicker or heavier paper but it is still a 5 star value, especially considering the price.

I am financing a used vehicle which came with an extensive Carfax report. This book was exactly what I was looking for to be able to keep all my vehicles past and present information all in one place for quick reference as needed. With 105 pages, there is a lot of room to write down all your information for all your different vehicle needs that will last for years. If you like to stay organized this will be a great buy at a great price!!

Turns out new vehicles don’t have much in the way of manuals these days, to include a maintenance log for recording performed maintenance. We track all maintenance for vehicles and trailers and most recently found out that there wasn’t a book with my car when doing the first oil change. I quickly found this one that covered all the basic bases and it arrived quickly! Easily fits in the glove box to boot.

Happy with purchase and price but The layout just seems awkward to me. I would arrange and do a different workflow. I would put the monthly checks at end of book. I would reorganize the oil change page and regular maintenance page as well. The whole flow seems off to me from cover to cover. That said I will use it and modify it to my needs. It’s a good size with room for notes and essential maintenance items listed.

This is the most comprehensive Vehicle Maintenance booklet I’ve ever come across. It emphasizes key information that you’ll want to know or keep track of as well as logging maintenance on your vehicle. The monthly checklist is the only weak link in this booklet. Maybe just have a “what to check every month” that has some prefilled information and add your own boxes instead. Adding more pages to the Oil Change Log. Otherwise this is arguably a necessity in any car, new or classic. If you have small handwriting it gives one an area to take notes and write reminders for future reference. Everything is so well thought out.
