Good product

I've been looking at aloe vera products for my hair because I have curly hair and it's supposed to offer really great moisturization between washes. I opened the bottle today when I received it and couldn't pull my nose away fast enough. It doesn't smell good at all! The product is clear like I would expect it to be. Then I looked at the date on the bottle after reading reviews. Many people are assuming, as am I, that it's the expiration date. However, it could be the bottling date, but I'm not sure I want to take that chance. I'm really disappointed it may be expired.

I'm pretty sure it's a great product. It smells like coconut and that didn't bother me at all. After all, it is coconut oil. I'm only returning it because the manufacturer didn't disclose the full list of ingredients and as soon as I saw that it contained liquid paraffin I knew I would never put it on my hair or skin.

I really liked using it on my hair! But now it has partially solidified within the bottle and I’m concerned. I tried to shake it up to see if they would break up and they did not. I’m assuming it’s just coconut oil and I may try to warm the bottle to see if it will melt or something. But I also don’t know if it will affect the effectiveness.

For all parachute lovers, I swear by this one and it doesn’t even harden in winters also package came in well sealed!!
