Best nduja in the market. Very good flavour brilliant level of spicy chilli. Soo easy to make any sauce to go with it. Just butter nduja and garlic and you have a sauce to go with ravioli. I love my ch ear and nduja toasty. So many recipes in mind. Definitely an item a already got few time and will continue to do so unless I find the proper sausage nduja that it’s not too big. Raccomando that.

Authentic Nduja! Could use a touch more heat!
Just finding this product in the UK is a win so I'm not complaining at all that the spice level of this particular Nduja is not hot enough for me. Yes it's slightly overpriced but it is authentic Nduja. Rich, deep umami flavour and a good amount of heat for some palates. This adds a ton of richness and flavour to a quick tomato sauce. If you like the taste of Nduja you will become instantly addicted because it is such a unique flavour and texture, which is similar to butter of which Nduja can be used to replace butter when finishing sauces. The closest other thing I can compare it to is Gochujang, you'll end up finding creative ways to use it. It's actually delicious to use in a fried rice for example! Definitely worth a try, if you enjoy it you will be instantly addicted!

Safety cap was popped
It was lovely but the safety cap was popped and I had reservations that it would be ok. I’m eaten it it and I’m still here so presume it was ok :/
