Stop Buying Toys and get a Real Phone!!!
The first day I was frustrated. By the end of the week it is amazing. Operating system is extremely fluid and can multitask 8 programs at a time!!! You can load your YouTube playlist, minimize and do Microsoft office work using included Docs to go. Music player is awesome. Headphones are good quality, but I need tiny buds and Blackberry's are huge! Took a 40 min video in 1080p of a church service when regular camera was forgotten and it looks pretty good for a phone, as a matter of fact it looks better than our camera, takes up far less space and can record hours with my 32gb on board and 32 gb SD card. Will be posting the video's to YouTube. Can not comment on camera as of yet, have not taken put very few photos. Word prediction is better than iOS or Android. Still am not used to the active keyboard I am using the screen to scroll, but when I catch myself, it does make viewing web pages a pleasure. The Hub is the genius of the whole phone. I used to waste a ton of time sorting emails, then going to Facebook sorting them, then going to YouTube sorting them, but now the Hub allows me to answer within the hub itself without loading 5 email accounts. I clear the junk out in seconds. As a matter of fact you could run your whole office from this phone. The GPS using Maps.me (an offline free map GPS app), Bluntly the stock Blackberry app works just fine. Speaker phone is the best of any phone I've ever seen. A cool trick is to buy a windshield mount, place the phone in the mount, when a call comes in I answer with speaker phone and I can hear perfect and so does the listener. Hands free calling, without a bluetooth hanging out of your ear. As a matter of fact the wife and I both were able to communicate on a phone call. I was driving and she was the passenger. The other party could hear us both. **Games?** I don't have time to play games, but when I do it is played on an 8 core computer, with a mouse. The speaker system on the phone is fantastic. I can place this in my pocket and listen to music for 4 hours and still have all day battery life!!! People are shocked at how loud this phone is. **Apps?** I use the ***Blackberry Hub**. **Docs To Go***.(rarely), (Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word document editing and authoring.) ""Map.me** GPS. but now just using the stock Blackberry app for navigation. **Remember.** (reminder app for shopping and such) **Assistant**. (Blackberry's version of Siri). **Browser** works pretty good but sometimes a video will not play on other than normal websites, YouTube and standard sites seem fine. **Photo viewer**. **Video viewer**.** Alarm clock**.** Calculator**. **Maps**. **Blend**. (Your phone functions on the PC!! or Mac!!) **Contacts**. **Calendar** syncs perfect with Google. **BBM**. (fantastic messaging app for all platforms) **Phone**. **Texting.** ***Battery life*** is almost unbelievable. I filmed a 40 min vid, sorted emails, listened to music all day and still had 43% battery life!!! Cons? A tight fit in a dress shirt pocket. I opted for a tethered document carry that I wear around my neck for a caring case. Works fantastic. Fits perfect in rear pocket or suit jacket pocket. Watching videos is not as good as my 5.7" LG Stylo. The quality is awesome but the square screen does block some of the video. But even when I was sent a video I went from the LG back to the Passport because it is easier to hold. Swipe to unlock sometimes has to be done more than once to get the screen awake. Can push the button instead, but the swipe to unlock, pickup to answer and face down to hang up are totally cool! Would like a full screen mode to fill in entire screen when watching videos. Just seems a waste to no use all that real estate! I have owned Palm, Windows, IOS, Android, BB and for the current price it's a no brainer!!!

Very Good QWERTY Phone
Although this model uses the Blackberry OS, it's very easy to learn.Sprint/Tmobile declined to support it (didn't even try it), even though it most likely would have gone online with a simple "chip insertion".Went directly to AT&T store, first thing they did was insert "chip", powered it up, and it came "Online Quite Happy". So we switched to AT&T (monthly charges are less, included Unlimited Data/Voice/Text, too).Just ordered another one for family member. Will switch that line, as well.SideLoadBB10.com walks you through install of "Google Play Store", so you can run Android APPS on BB OS10.Love it !! Does take a little while to understand getting around, but worth learning.Missed the ease of QWERTY keyboard for texting. Feel at home, already.

It was the worst phone I ever brought
Don't buy it. Obselete product. Verizon doesn't carry this blackberry anymore but they keep calling it, using Verizon's rep for your purchase. Nothing worked. It was the worst phone I ever brought.

One of the best Blackberrys Ever
I'm a blackberry lover. I purchased this phone in 2018. It's just really hard working with bb10 these days. I have the silver edition also. Amazing phone.
