I work professionally in the network infrastructure business. I had a customer that needed a link in between buildings with no line of sight for wireless bridges. I had to run cable 650' through conduit on a roof before we could even get our bridge up to shoot to the other building. I've never used this product before and was concerned that there would be issues. I'm happy to say that they worked beautifully! I installed these at two points in the cable run with a PoE+ injector at the head end and my wireless bridge at the other. Everything came up and has been working for over six months now without fail. The outdoor rated cord grips seem to be of very high quality and should provide excellent ingress protection. Since I was running my cable through conduit, these are installed in little enclosures on the roof so they're not actually exposed to rain/wind. However, they have help up inside a sealed box, on a roof, in the punishing Texas heat. Note: If you are installing an end device that need 24V passive power, Ubiquiti makes a little outdoor rated in-line converter (SKU: INS-3AF-O-G) for $20 that you install at the device end.

It won’t last! It works as it should for about 2-3-4 weeks then dies. The company is on the right track but I want something that will last for years not weeks. I’m trying to get internet to my shop which is exactly 300 feet away. This will work, and it works well when it works, it just won’t last long. Make them heavier duty and they will be a winner.

This little saying has a lot of oomph. It doesn't take up a lot of space and set up was very easy. The delivered. Distance and speed are in fact present here, and I didn't feel the need to upgrade to extremely expensive cables to achieve that.

Didn’t work at all. Waste of money and very disappointed. I would hook it up and no internet I take it out I would have internet. Very disappointed.

Fonctionne tres bien pour alimenter 2 caméras sans prise de courant à côté (et avec un seul cable à partir du switch poe)

In de tuin wilde ik naast een Unifi Accesspoint ook een Unifi camera toevoegen maar er loopt maar 1 kabel naar de tuin en ik had geen zin om een extra kabel te gaan trekken. In eerste instantie aan de slag geweest met de Unifi Flex switch maar dat apparaat is eigenlijk overkill als je enkel een enkele kabel wil splitten naar 2 PoE gigabit aansluitingen. Dit kleine kastje doet precies wat het moet doen, ertussen pluggen en klaar: 2 PoE aansluitingen met gigabit. Stroomgebruik van het kastje zelf is ongeveer 1 tot 2 watt.

Questo ripartitore è fantastico, ottimo per la videosorveglianza ma anche per tutte le altre periferiche PoE in pratica se hai un unico cavo Poe di alimnetazione, interponendo questo ripartitore, potrai alimnetare e gestire 2 differenti periferiche, nel caso delle telecamere di videosorveglianza o nel caso di telefoni IP o Acces point, si protranno alimentare due priferiche da un cavo unico splittandolo, è quindi importante avere a monte uno switch PoE PSE Gigabit. Questo Repeater funziona anche come extendere della line fino a 100 mt dallo stesso (a patto di avere sufficiente potenza in ingresso), e può alimentare 2 periferiche da 25 Watt cadauna. E' costruito interamente in metallo, è robusto e si percepisce la qualità classica di intellinet, non richiede alimentazione supplementare in quanto viene alimentato direttamente dalla lan poe proveniente da uno switch poe o da un iniettore PoE, io l'ho usato per due telecamere Dahua e funziona senza problemi.
