tastes great! Cook up quick!
Organic and noodles--very good. When you cook them, keep the water rolling, when they're done--they're done. Take them off the heat and drain them and rinse with cool water once to stop the process. Otherwise they are in danger of becoming too soft. Not a quality issue; it's just because of being sw potato and buckwheat. But that's why I like them. Less blood sugar impact, lower glycemic index, non-gluten, yummy.

Fantastic
I absolutely love these! Sure, it's not going to taste exactly like "real" pasta (if that's what you're trying to go for). But it's the closest thing to it! I am on a restrictive diet which prohibits me from eating wheat products, as well as rice and corn, so this product is perfect for me. Traditionally, Soba noodles are supposed to be served cold. If not, they often end up gummy and clumpy. What I do (when eating them warm) to achieve better texture and taste is rinse them in cold water (it really does revitalize them), and then whatever sauce I'm serving with the noodles, I heat and pour over/mix in with the noodles. They become warm again and delicious!I highly recommend. Friends and family members who do not have to be on the restrictive diet I'm on enjoy these as well, and it's perfect for making extra to have for lunch or leftovers. These noodles are much more filling, energizing, and satisfying than regular wheat pasta. No "crash" post-eating.The shipping is very fast too!I highly recommend.

🤤
Really good company and products. This one just isn't my thing. I prefer the 100% buckwheat noodles.

Waste of money🙄
Cooked it according to package directions, and noodles stick together after draining water, and i couldn't do anything but through them away. Waste of money🙄

Tastes great - but a bit hard to cook
Not sure if I just haven't mastered cooking 100% buckwheat noodles, but when I followed the directions, they still came out clumpy and sticky. However, the taste amazing, so I keep using them... and will keep experimenting with the cooking process!

Yummy
These tasted so good. More texture than italian noodles. Just have to take noodles out of boiling water at the right time

Metallic taste...
I noticed that these noodles have a very metallic taste. Is that just the taste of buckwheat? Is there anything I can do to take that taste away?

Love these
I continue to order these on Amazon and I love them. I learned about them when I did a cleanse and then tried to stick to more Clean eating. I can find Soba noodles at my local grocery store and organic grocery store, but those have wheat. These noodles are delicious and contain buckwheat grain (not a wheat actually). The other type has buckwheat and sweet potato and both are delicious. Follow cooking instructions closely.

Delicious gluten free soba!
Loved this brand of gluten free soba! I read reviews that were bad ones and I believe with the right method of post cooking prep, the consumers would be happier. I cooked it for 5 min only, then quickly drained them, plunged them in cold water and separated them, then served right away. When I pick them up from the plate to dunk them in the yakisoba sauce they were slightly clumpy but nothing that couldnt be separated by a gentle nudge of the chopsticks. To eat, take a small portion and dunk them into the yakisoba sauce, sprinkle with some chopped green onions, shredded raw daikon with some chili flakes, a pc of nori and it becomes an al dente sublime mouthful of soba for the gluten intolerant consumers. The portion was just the right amount when served with 1 protein side dish (see pix). I hope these will be available soon to buy again.

Gluten free noodles - what's not to like?
Really excellent quality noodles, good taste, very nicely packed into individual servings. Easy to cook (remember to keep them moving to stop sticking together) and go with anything that noodles go with. Great gluten free product means easy snacks are back on the menu!

Delicious, overpriced
Good noodles, love the taste and slimy texture. 6$ per pack is overpriced though.

Very healthy and organic
Doesn't take too long to cook. Tasty and a lovely change from ordinary spaghetti.

Not my cup of tea
To me, it tastes slimy, I keep getting the thought that I am eating worms. The texture is just off from what I expect from any type of noodle.
