This product let me do in an hour what it would have taken a day to do with a ladder, bucket, and rags--namely, clean stained glass and dust-covered woodwork (in four rooms, on a stairway, on ceilings, and on a landing) that is very high off the ground. I used only the microfiber mop (so far), and it made what would have been an arduous job incredibly easy. I cleaned the stained glass by spraying the screw-on mop attachment with a mixture of water and Biogreen Clean. For the woodwork, I used a spray made of water with a drop of dishwashing detergent (which I sprayed on the mop head) because the the woodwork's finish is sealed with shellac. The duster allowed me to easily reach not only the wooden arch above the stained glass window but also the straight wooden ledge above that and then the final ledge, painted white, beneath the ceiling. The mop head moved easily between the spindles on the stairway and then cleaned both sides of the spindles. The indentations in panels and doors, railings, even the panels in the antique radiator under the stained glass, were a snap to clean. I am so happy I found this. I did find that after using the mop for some time, its movement would cause it to become loose/unscrewed from its socket, so I would have to stop to tighten it, but that is a very small quibble all things considered. The mop collects a large amount of grime, including cobwebs, before it needs a wash, and it washes quickly and thoroughly in soapy water. You gently squeeze out the dirty water, rinse and squeeze again, give it a shake, and you're ready to continue. I love this thing.

I bought this because I have a lot of bookcases in my house with a lot of great crystal/mineral specimens displayed on the top shelves. This duster will help me keep them looking beautiful. It is a well priced item, and had an additional 5% off coupon. Each component is well made, and there is an attachment for every purpose. They all screw on securely to the telescoping pole, which is just what I wanted. No unnecessary wobble from pieces that don't fit together securely. I might not ever need to use the 4 pole extenders because I just have 8.5 ft ceilings, and the basic telescoping handle extends across my office when I'm sitting on the other side of the room playing with it. :) It will easily handle anything I ask of it. The only thing I wish it had were a microfiber mop head (looks like ropes instead of feathers) in addition to the feather head. I just like them better for some purposes than the feather head, as they are sturdier. If the mfr ever comes out with one to fit this unit, I will buy one.

I purchased to clean my ceiling fan. It normally runs 24/7 but I had to turn it off and it stayed off for months building up an extensive amount of dust and spider webs. I cannot use step ladders and have to clean from the floor.No instructions so a little confusing for assembly. It works great. It cleans while catching and keeping a lot of dust. Took it outside and shook it off with no issues. It took me about 30 minutes to clean 5 fan blades and the fan itself. I am 5'4 and 120lbs with medical issues so someone healthier than me (like any other adult) would only need 10 or 15 minutes. If it's in a very small, tight room, maneuverability will absolutely be an issue.

Generally speaking it does the job, but quality could be a bit better. plastic threads used as the primary connection point between the handle and attachments just does not hold a firm and tight grip, so the attachment easily comes loose when using withany amount of pressure or longevity which gets a bit frustrating. For the price it makes it a reasonable tool for hard to reach areas that require minimal dusting on ocassion.

Got this to use in a retail store setting for detailed cleaning. This tool & all the changeable parts gets all the work done well. Cost saver having it washable

These are awesome i can now go under my couch and clean and they pick up my cat hair , love the fact that i just throw pad in wash.

I ordered this to dust a high level ceiling fan. I was disappointed that the fluffy head can’t be removed to wash. The cobweb brush looked good and the flat dusters probably good because you can wash those covers. I returned this
