The media could not be loaded. I missed my OEM case, I did a research and read the reviews here for this item... a lot of negative reviews and complaints. I bought it anyway because for the price the risk is worthed. When received everything works perfect, my phone (Samsung S22 Ultra) recognized the case charge, and the headphones too. It holds the charge and charge headphones multiple times, I usually charge the case with a wireless charger and has been working perfectly. GREAT DEAL, GREAT PRICE. NO COMPLAINTS HERE

Doesn't work as well as the original, which is expected. The case doesn't seem to hold its charge as long (think b/c there's no on/off switch like original.) But it does work, charges the buds just fine. Also connects to my phone without any issues, auto connects when you open the case. When you loose your case (lost mine in a plane seat) this $20 option is a whole lot better than buying a new set. Samsung doesn't sell replacement case so this is pretty much your only option.

I accidentally dropped my buds and the original charging case in a mop bucket and I didn't realize it until 30 min later, so my charging case died, strangely enough not the buds which I am glad for. So, I wasn't able to find a new original case, so with the very limited options, at leastr here on Amazon, I decided to give these a try. At first glance the look very much the same as the original, but the feel of sturdiness and weight is not there. The lid feels extremely "plasticy" and you feel like this will break the first.They do connect easily and sync fairly fast so that's good, they buds will show up on the Wear App if yoy are using that, but the charging case battery status will not synch with this case, it will simply show red with 0%, so it is not that it is not charged, it just doesn't show it. The only way to see that it is fully charged is when the LED turns Green in front, just like the original.It does work with foam tips if you have those, you just might have to set the buds with a tiny bit more manual push to get them seated properly, especially if the foam tips are never used and haven't shaped itself yet.It takes much longer for this to recharge the buds and itself than the original, which I kind of expected, still a disappointment though, and a problem I have encountered is that the LEDs that will show when the buds is seated properly and is accepting a charge, may or may not show up, mine did not want to charge my buds properly and I would have to re-seat and wiggle the buds in place for the charger to react.I wanted to return these for this issue, I contacted Amazon and they would not take the return, I had to contact the seller which responded fairly fast, but they needed to have the return made before I could either receive a full refund or a replacement. Problem was that I needed to keep the partially functioning charger while waiting for the replacement so I had some way of using my buds, the charger did after all work, but after doing some finicky seating of the buds, so sending them back before getting a replacement was not an option for me, and they would not do that, so I the other option they gave me was to keep the case with a $10.So, I am not happy with the turnout but agreed to keep them while I am looking for a better option because I cannot be without the buds, so waiting a week for a replacement is not ideal.So, will I recommend these, well, there are limited options out there for these, and I could have received a faulty device, support will not come from Amazon but the seller, they do respond fast but if you like me cant go with their return option I would look somewhere else. If waiting for a replacement should you also receive a faulty device, is not a problem, sure why not, they are fairly cheap to take a chance on.

As soon as I put them in the charger they began charging. Less than a half hour I was able to use them. No problems connecting to blue tooth either!

It feel a little cheap, but for the price it does is jobExtra happy *****

Won't wireless charge with tripple charger when charging the phone and watch, case no longer holds charge after a month (lost the case behind my dresser for 2 weeks too)

My original case got washed and the headphones still worked. This works awesomely for my galaxy buds pro.
