Dogs love it
The media could not be loaded. It doesn’t last very long with kibble tucked away but turns my little cavalier into a snuffle truffle pig and he loves it

Has A Double Use 😂
The media could not be loaded. Just adopted a rescue dog and she will not let me eat. Always trying to get my food! Thought this would provide a distraction for her while I got a quick bite. Was happy to see it worked. And after she had found all of her treats it made a perfect mini bed for her 😂. I couldn’t upload the video of her curled up in it though.Well made and I’m happy with this item.

Wonderful therapy!
I have a Greek rescue dog adopted just over 2 years ago - he had never been inside a house when he came to us. He coped really well with most household things, but was terrified of the TV when it was on. It was hard to know how to help him get over this phobia, and difficult seeing him flee the scene and sit on his own each evening. Thankfully, 20 months after adopting him I came across this snuffle mat and used it to tempt him each evening, I kept some kibble back from his evening meal and used that so he wasn’t having too much food. I started off placing the mat some distance from the TV and very, very gradually moved it closer and closer to the TV while we were watching it. 4 months later and he is no longer fearful of the TV and will happily sit in front of it when switched on, with or without the snuffle mat. He has moments when something comes on that makes him wary, but not scared. Hurrah 😃! It is easy to wash, you can increase the difficulty by drawing the mat up into a bowl and using different sized openings. He loves it so much that it still gets put out for him each evening in front of the TV.Not sure how it would fare with a more confident, impatient dog, but for my boy it was perfect (he’s very gentle).

My dog enjoyed it - once
Great for a fun sniffing session, my dog really enjoyed it. Only once unfortunately, she just wasn't interested in trying it again. I was a bit surprised with the size, it's very small for what it is, a bit overpriced

Great idea !
This is a great idea and my dog loves it ! He is an older dog and it makes him stand up while he has a good rummage for his treats. We even hold back some of his dried food from his meals and put that in there too . It is helping keep him a bit more mobile as he seizes up when he lies down for too long . Really pleased with it . It has a draw string so it packs down into a neat little bag .

Great for deflecting anxiety when crate training
We own a 11 week old springer spaniel my wife bought a Snuffle Mat to amuse ourselves watching the dog go nuts getting treats out of it. So…. the wife went to work I sat down with a coffee and started thinking, Scruff, the dog, has anxiety issues being left in his crate, yes because he’s a puppy, however I put the Snuffle Mat in loaded with treats and he nonchalantly walked in, I shut the crate door, I walked out shutting the kitchen door and sat and waited for Armageddon to start. He didn’t realise I had gone, he lasted nearly an hour, I pushed him a further five minutes, seeing he didn’t miss me, which cost me dearly as Scruff christened it twice, after a hosing down, the mat not Scruff, I popped it into the washing machine, it came out almost dry, the wife will never know. Will try it out again when he goes out in the car, hope this helps anyone who is thinking of getting one.
