Very very miniscule dose of vit c
It's liposomal, so the rating, it will definitely produce positive effects on severly deficient vit c people but the is very very suboptimal. RDA of vit c may be 40 to 90 mg a day but vit c research pioneers have consistently shown that you need thousands of milligrams of vit c for optimal functioning of body. Instead of this costly supplement you can easily take cheap ascorbic acid along natural vit c containing vegetables and fruit consistently.

High absorption Liposomal Vitamin
The only Liposomal based vitamin manufacturer from India, at least could not locate anyone else even after considerable search. Normal Vitamin C does not get absorbed more than around 20%, the rest being lost through urine. By encapsulating the vitamin in a Liposomal envelope, absorption is increased to 80%. Compared to imported Liposomal vitamins, this product is typically costing 60% less.
