Samsung Gear S2 SM-R720 4GB Wi-Fi, Dust and Water Resistant Smartwatch - Dark Grey (Renewed)

Just received this about a week ago so I will update again at a later date as a follow up. This is much better than I thought it would be. The screen is bright and very sharp. Colors are excellent. The response is snappy. Didnt think I would like the round face as well as I do the square but I think I like it better. The Tizen os seems to be very responsive and I dont have the same issues I had with the Android os. The speaker is clear and works fine for phone calls (on SM-R730 model). The band is soft and the fit is comfortable and looks nice. I like the way the band flows right to the watch face/body, it looks seamless. One thing that I did not see mentioned on all of the reviews I checked out was that to respond to a text you have another option. The reviews mentioned the very small keyboard that comes up on the screen but there is also a writing option. You can choose to write with your finger on the screen one letter at a time. I have found that it works really well and is easy to use. So far so good with this watch. Now lets see how it stands the test of time.**1 year update**Okay so its 1 year later to the day. The watch has held up well and I have worn it nearly every day. The band is still solid and looks new, no cracks or scuffs. I have hit the watch on a few occasions while wearing it and have not had any issues.The bezel is lightly scratched because it got rubbed against a brick wall.Everything still works well and it is still fast. I learned that the apps are limited due to a newer model being out but there are still plenty to use.The Bluetooth works well and I get a good distance between the phone and the watch without using Wi-Fi.Music is easy to load and play from the watch and plays smoothly when Bluetooth-ed to another Bluetooth device. The rotating bezel is still tight and has not loosened after a year of use. The Samsung health apps are handy and seem to track steps and heart rate well.The only issue I have had is the battery life. Sometimes I can literally use the battery gauge and watch it drain. Sometimes it last 15 minutes on a full charge, sometimes a few hours. Most of the time though it will last one day with heavy use. Not sure why the wild swing in the battery life and internet searches have shown similar issues but no resolution.Overall, this has proven to be solid watch both in features and physical build.

Watch looks and performs like a new watch . Had the same watch before , so set up was easy . Great valve for the money

Bought certified refurbished to use with a Sprint Samsung Galaxy S8. Works great. However, does not have option to answer a phone call even in Wi-Fi range, which I misunderstood. All of the apps function well. Also has a neat SOS feature, if you press the home button 3x quickly it will alert your emergency contacts of your location. Battery is decent. Probably lasts about 2 days.

I am super excite for my watch! I had on before but it was stolen when I was out of country so getting a new one is awesome. But when I opened my package I was very upset with the fact that the band has dirt in the holes. Clearly was not cleaned from the last owner. And the band itself smells like cigarettes. Clearly the person before me was a smoker. I will have to buy I new band because it is bad. Less than impressed on that. But the tech itself is in pretty good condition. Only thing that I found was there is a scratch on the turning dial but no problem for me since Its a matter of time because I do it to the watch.

I don't do many reviews, I was really excited to open the box and see how good of condition the watch body and band were in. That said, the charger seems to work when it wants to, not a big deal as I have a stock charger but the moment I put it on the charger and the green ring goes around the watch face- I immediately seen 2 dead spots in the lcd screen. Not a deal breaker per say for me but not a $60 watch especially with perminent damage. Happy and disappointed in the same. Also to note, the packaging was done nicely so I'm pretty confident the damage is not from shipping. I'm just glad to have a watch again so I'll probably try to find a screen replacement at some point and repair it myself. 2 stars as the screen is one of the most important parts.Update- I took the watch off the charger yesterday and left it on the nightstand, the watch not connected to anything, in stand alone mode and do not disturb on- the battery only last half a day with no activity.

Ive wanted this watch for a very ling time and i was sleptical at first that it was refurbished, but it works perfectly, and came with a charger and everything. Dont be afraid of buying a refurbishef one, its definitely worth saving a few bucks.

I gave this to my 17 year old for christmas. He loves it, it's still going strong. He wears it every day and uses many of the features. Great product.
