Very High quality material, a year later it still looks and works brand new

Less than a year and this dispenser stopped working. We bought both KRAUS faucet and to go with the faucet got this soap dispenser and within 4-5 months we already had few times when it was giving us trouble functionality wise but we tried to make it work because for a soap dispenser there are other much affordable brands but we picked kraus because we thought it was a credible brand but honestly not even a year and it completely stopped working.

Didn't last a year before it refused to pump soap.

Item broke after installation lasted little over a month

I loved the way they work. They have a large hole so the soap does not dry up and render the pump useless. I discovered one broken off. Me and 2 small kittens. one of them must have stepped on the pump. it broke off from the pump. I called customer service months ago. they agreed to send me another pump. Poof... nothing! Now I must buy another pump. Not recommended
