I found the ingredient list on a different site. I love the product. I typically use coconut milk and add fresh berries plus hemp seed. Very creamy and good.

I have a degree in Public Health and a diploma in nutrition so I have high standards and am pretty discerning in the health products I buy! In my opinion, this is the best green drink that I have tried ( and I have tried many!) both for the extensive selection of health promoting ingredients and also how it makes me feel - I drink it everyday and I really notice that I have so much more energy and just generally feel healthier overall. In addition it tastes really good when mixed (as I do) with half apple juice and half water.

I haven't tried it yet... I'm not crazy about the label being completely in Spanish as I do not speak theLanguage

I first bought this on the recommendation of my local health food store. I was doing a lot of running at the time, and wanted something to bolster my energy levels, which were pretty variable. I've bought a lot of snake-oil from health food stores over the years and was pleasantly surprised to find this really worked rather well!The tub is 227g, and your daily dose is 12g. That works out at 19 servings per tin. I personally have eked it out a little longer than that and managed just fine.A number of things appeal about this: first, the variety of ingredients: you've got a power green mix, a berry mix, a mushroom mix (all your superfoods in one handy scoop). Secondly - there's the things us veggies are always being told we need: an Omega blend and a blend of pea and rice protein (6.25g per scoop). Thirdly, there's a digestive blend that helps settle the stomach generally, and also means that drinking it doesn't send you running to the toilet.The initial effect was notable - higher energy levels within the first few days. Over time, I've wondered if some of the other brands are worth trying and experimented a little, but keep coming back to this one. For the price, this is the best I've found.Please don't let this put you off, but there is only one down side - the taste! The instructions say blend this with fruit juice or a smoothie and if you've ever tried to drink it with water you'll know why. To be fair, the flavour isn't actually that strong, it just needs covering up a little. Fruit juice is fine - squash or even cola (if drinking a health product with cola isn't too much of a contradiction) will do the trick. It is very powdery, and needs some stirring.So - it isn't perfect, but it deserves 5 stars. If you're doing sport and experiencing fluctuating energy levels, or if you just need a boost, I thoroughly recommend you give it a go. It seems expensive at first, but you'll find it is worth the money.
