I’ve been looking at these for weeks now and monitoring reviews. I decided to buy one. Was looking at 20ft but went with 16ft. I just unboxed it. Dimensions are true, the leg diameter tapers the higher you go so I don’t believe the upper section is rated for the weight stated. It seems sturdy enough. I used it against a flat wall in my foyer and climbed up. You can feel a bit of give as you go higher. I’m 215lbs, but felt safe enough. The bottom has large gripping pads. It collapses quickly so watch your fingers. This is where the listing isn’t, let’s say, accurate. They show and say there are spacers between each step. One of the main reasons I selected this model. In reality there are no spacers which is why it slams down. For the price I’ll keep it but just be aware of this. Otherwise compact and easy to extend. I would use it for professional jobs but for home use it should work well.

I bought the 20ft model. I’ve been struggling with a 17ft Little Giant ladder for over 10 years. I needed a couple more feet to reach my smoke detector in the great room and thought I would give this a try. The new ladder weighs about 35lbs which is about half, plus it is much easier to carry. It deploys very easily without having to push, bend and extend on the ground. I just did 3 jobs in 1/10th the time without straining my arms or shoulders. This 20ft model has thick legs and me being 5’8” and 150lbs had no trouble holding me. The only negative is the steps are spaced further apart than normal ladders and you need to keep that in mind when you come down, Highly recommend!

this is probably a good ladder and it does hook to whatever edge you want it to hang on but it feels like it will crump on you when you step on it so we don't use it much. Probably just our own fears but we use it minimally due to this reason.

I use it to reach my attic and roof from inside house. This ladder folds into a size that can be easily stored. So far it locks safely and is sturdy.

This ladder scared me almost to death. I used it to replace a simple battery in a smoke detector in house and when I set it up and went to climb up, it buckled when I was just half way up and I went down A.S.A.P. i am very lucky only to have hurt my left wrist the top half of ladder bowed to the wall I went up on and almost pushed me off the ladder . I climbed ladders all my life and this one scared the heck out of me in my mind it is the most dangerous ladder I have ever used and should be placed off the market .No ladder should bend when you climb it and yes I was way under the weight limit that was reported safe to use, very scary indeed I only hope on one else gets hurt on this product in which should be recalled.

This ladder makes doing things by yourself easy. It's very light to carry around. It's very strong. I weigh 315 lbs and i held me up just fine, which I admit was surprising. I was able to get up the sides of my house and install my new blink cameras with this ladder in a jiffy. This ladder is great you can make it different heights and letting it up and down is super easy. I love it. I wish I would have had a ladder like this when I was a service technician in my younger days. So much lighter than those big fiberglass ones. This is an awesome invention and I just love it!
