I bought two of these units in November. My place gets quite dry during the Pittsburgh winter so I was hoping these might help. I put one in the living area and one in the bedroom. The units worked just as I had hoped and the humidity levels came up and made it much more comfortable and noticeably less dry. Recently the one in the bedroom stopped working. I messaged customer service and they were very responsive. I heard back from them within a day and they shipped a replacement unit that arrived 3 days after my initial message. I appreciate the attention from customer service. Overall a very positive experience all around

I was on the hunt to upgrade my toddlers’ humidifiers and came across this one in a “Top 5 Humidifiers” article. After reading the reviews, I figured it was worth a try—and I’m so glad I did. I had high expectations since my in-laws have a much bigger unit like this, but this one honestly exceeded them. The difference is immediate. When you walk into my bedroom or my boys’ rooms where these are running, you can feel and even smell the moisture in the air. It’s such a relief, especially at night. I also actually love the soft fan-like noise it makes—we already use sound machines, so it blends right in and is really soothing. If I could give this more than 5 stars, I would. I’ve already bought three and would absolutely buy again. When we build our next house, I’m planning on getting a bigger one for our main living space too.

The item works just fine. However, I am not satisfied with the humidifier aspect. That was really important to me. I require a tank with more water capacity—this tank is not big enough and the humidifier run time is quite short. Otherwise it works just fine.

What a difference is this house!!! It's quiet, easy to take care of, moisture in the air which is a treat in AZ very dry here, we are very happy with it!!

I LOVED this product, until it completely stopped working. As some other reviewers have stated, I had an IDENTICAL issue of the machine losing power and not starting again after 6 months. I changed the filter, reset, unplugged, I did everything humanly possible and it was DEAD. You’ll see a lot of reviews like this after several months, so beware!!!!

For me it works very well

It's OK. I was expecting more from humidifier honestly, but it barely does its job. I would never pay the full price for that quality. I bought it during Black Friday and I can keep it for now. Hope it will last long and at least keep 30% of humidity.

I love how it's 2 in 1 and the top can easily be removed. Putting water in the humidifier is super easy and you don't need to move it. It comes with 3 noise set up, the highest one is too much but we usually have in the middle setting. Can easily be moved arround the house. Very happy with my purchase
