A handy assortment for home or work electronics lab.

This is a great selection of long-pin sockets for stackable Arduino shield boards. Most shields come with short pins on one side so they have to be the last shield in the stack. These let you make your own shields that can be put in the middle of the stack. Another nice thing is it includes the 10 pin headers so you can access the SCL/SDA pins on the digital side of the board.

They work ok, although the pins are too long, they look a little flimsy.You have to be push them with care when connecting boards.

Perfect as described. Note that, the pins have rectangular footprint compatible for soldering, and not square as other standard headers.

Pins are pretty short. You can't really tell that they're going to be too short til you get them home. Not worth sending back.

Three popular sizes for RasPIs and Arduinos... still need some specialized like the big, double-row on the Mega 2560, but, this is a good assortment to build a bunch of pass-thru shield prototypes.

These really suck. The pins are flat and break and bend easily, plus they are too long for Arduino connectors so there is a gap between the board and the mating connectors on the Arduino even when they are already inserted through a hole in another board. Will not use them again.

Good quality, inexpensive kit for Arduino enthusiasts. They are only single row.

You can’t put two of them tightly against one another; the gap will be too big for the pins. Utter garbage.

Great kit for working with Arduino Shields. Made it so that I never had to worry about buying header pins ever again.

When I compare the thickness of the header pins compared to ones from Samtec via Digikey, the pins on this set are much thinner, so a little more easily bent, etc, but these are an *excellent* value for the money. The Samtec's are nearly $1 each for a 10 pin header with 10mm leads. For my use, these will be fine!Specifically, pins are normally square, where-as these are 1/2 the thickness in one dimension. It does not effect their operation.If the description included the thickness of the pins, it would be a 5 star review.
