I tried a Candida complex supplement due to some digestive imbalances. The natural ingredient list was reassuring, and I appreciated the brand's adherence to manufacturing standards. While I didn't notice immediate changes, these things often take time. It's a gentle supplement, without any harsh side effects, which was a primary concern for me.

Well I've tried lots of Candida remedies through the years with varying results, a lot of them don't really seem to do anything and then other remedies like Origano oil and Garlic feel very harsh and gave me terrible heart burn.When I saw this product I thought I'd try it as the mix of Caprylic Acid, Grapefruit Seed Extract and Magnesium is not one I've tried before (I have tried Caprylic Acid and Grapefruit Seed Extract separately before with the same bad heart burn as mentioned before).Given my heart burn issues with previous Candida remedies I was a little apprehensive taking these pills and so started with 2, but my worries were misplaced as I experienced no ill effects at all, the most I've taken in one go is 4 with no issues.The pills themselves are medium sized and smooth so no problems taking them.Now do they work? Yes I think they do, my stomach feels more settled after taking them no doubt.I do have a few concerns about this product however, there is zero information on Candida on the packet, I think this would have been helpful in helping a prospective buyer decide if they need the product.My second issue is value for money vs dose. So you get 60 capsules in a bag, if you take 2 a day that's a months supply you have, but the packet says you can take 2-6 capsules daily, if you decide you need 6 capsules a day that's only 10 days supply, £20 for 10 days is a bit on the pricey side...My advice is do your research into Candida, decide if you need a product to help and if you do then give this supplement a try, but on the lower side of the doses.I hope your found this review helpful, have a great day!!

It is my first time with this complex and I have only used it for about a week however I started noticing some improvements. I was so pleased to try this formula, which should also help prevent reoccurrences. It's a bit too soon to know if it works 100% for me, but I am feeling less tired and had less back pain for the last few days.Since it's full of natural ingredients and herbs, it won’t harm to take the full course and should this be the ultimate solution to tackle the issue, I would rebuy without hesitation.

Easy to swallow and don’t cause any stomach irritations. I’ve been having issues with my micro biome so taking these to alleviate any symptoms. Seem to be working well so far.

A good quality product.

I've been taking simialr for around three years now on and off and have had a few that didn't work so well but this one is right up there with my fave brand as have completed the course now without any issues and found it very effective - is around the same price as my regular one so am going to be switching between the two but definitely recommend trying this as it works and is good value.

Excellent - I have stopped using Actimel as I find I no longer really need it with such great supplements available in capsule format, and it also frees up space in my fridge. I find these capsules are also better value for money than the yoghurt type drinks.
