Great wheat bran, fair price
This is the real deal. I much appreciate their offering wheat bran in two different textures, course and fine. I am not religious, but I had to smile at the Bible verse, because my parents are very religious, and my dad always liked using whole wheat. He would definitely appreciate the quality of this product as well as the unabashed promotion of the Holy Scriptures. 😂📖💓🌾 Even if you're not religious, I think you can appreciate that the Shiloh Farms people would probably not print a Bible verse on their packaging unless they worked to ensure the highest, most worthy quality of the contents. High quality health food is that funny place where religious people and non-religious health-conscious people meet in agreement.

So happy with this product. Non toxic, Healthy and great for baking at a reasonable price!
Love that this is organic bran which is challenging to find in many grocery and health food stores Most wheat bran contains enough glyphosate (weed killer ) to harm your microbiome among other things . Great for making delicious organic bran muffins along with organic flour.

Excellent quality and nutritious
This is the best wheat bran that I have ever tried. The flavor is very fresh and the texture is perfect. I mix it in with oatmeal, yogurt, and milk to make an overnight oats for breakfast the next morning. I have purchased this brand a couple of times and will continue to purchase in the future.

Perfect bran product for several things . . .
I use this bran for baking (raisin bran bread or muffins). I give my dog 1/4 cup with her kibble to add fiber to her diet. I even put a tablespoon in my oatmeal for a fiber boost. This is the fluffy bran flakes that are great for baking.

Light, fairly large flakes
Flavor? None-- but you don't eat this sort of bran for flavor.Years ago I was advised that, to avoid a recurrence of diverticulitis, it was essential to keep things moving through the gut, and to achieve this by consuming a daily ounce of bran at breakfast.(An ounce doesn't sound like much, but with this low-density product, it fills most of a cereal bowl.) It works! It becomes more palatable when doused with milk and supplemented by bits of fruit such as banana, blueberries, walnuts... Real cheap (especially when compared to intestinal surgery!!) ! The light-weight flakes of bran (such as these) are much more palatable than the denser, more flour-like version sold for baking.
