I’ve bought this twice to help with energy and sleep, and once as a gift. It helps lower my resting heart rate, effective for sleep. Energy didn’t seem to change. I love the taste of this tea with no added sugar or anything else. Sourced from Thailand, information is available in the description. Important to me is that it is not sourced from China or India, so I have more confidence in lack of heavy metal contamination. I would love to buy this again but it’s currently unavailable.

I drink this tea as an alternative to oolong which has caffeine. In addition, I drink the tea for the life extension benefits. I consider this tea as a super food, like ginseng. There is no sour or acid or caffeine to the taste. Supposedly, many centenarians in southern China drink this tea regularly.

Almost finished a pack of this. Plan to get more to see in the long run. Don’t leave it in the pot for more than a day, or will smell and taste fishy.

I have used Jiaogulan in the past and am familiar with the herb. I was originally interested in it because it is described as the "immortality or herb because of its longevity related properties. In the last ten years alone, I read that there have been well over 5,600 scientific studies about the herb. The Jiaogulan by the Incas by Asiya Life store is a loose leaf tea that easily brews. I am familiar with a large variety of teas. This tea has an excellent taste and is highly palatable. Most people will enjoy the flavor. It has a jasmine aftertaste that is a little floral. I am very fond of this brand and happy with the positive effects it is having on my body. I would order again and think the quality is excellent. I think it is worth considering.

Decent flavor, decent quality leaves -- comparable to most other jiaogulan I've been served.Unfortunately, the batch I received did have some dried insect grubs in it, which I found after straining off the tea. On the plus side, I guess that's evidence of organic farming?Will not be reordering.
