This is nicer than I expected! I used the tool included and a pair of needle nose pliers to remove 4 links. I suggest loosening the pins with the tool, then pull out the pin with small pliers. The bracelet measures 8.5 inches which actually fit my ankle but was a tiny bit snug. I removed 4 links and it fits comfortably on my 6-inch wrist. Sturdy clasp which I like. I've decided I like it so much that I'm going to order the matching ankle bracelet. I hope the copper and magnets help my arthritis, etc. but in the meantime I have a very nice piece of inexpensive jewelry that complements my skin tone! I've never worn copper before so this is new for me. I learned from my acupuncturist that the nerves in your right wrist connect to nerves in left ankle and v.v. So I'll be wearing the ankle bracelet opposite my wrist.

The bracelets are absolutely gorgeous (I bought 2)! I don't know yet if they work for pain relief because I've only been wearing them a little less than 24 hours. I hope they work, but even if they don't, I love them and won't regret the purchase. That being said, the adjustment tool isn't nearly as easy as the video makes it out to be. The little girl in the video turns that screw and the pin pops out pretty as you please. HAHAHAHA!! Yeah... uh, no. The bracelets are kind of big, so I needed to remove a couple of links to keep them from slipping over my hand. The groove where you lay the bracelet isn't quite the right height, so you can't just lay the bracelet across, turn the screw and be done. You have to hold the bracelet at just the right angle to get the pin on the tool to align with the pin on the bracelet and push it in just a little, then change the angle again so that it can push though all the way. The first one too about an hour to figure it out. The second went more quickly, but was still a big pain. Oh, and it says it comes with extra pins, which I assumed were bracelet pins. But nooooooo!!! They're extra pins for the tool because pushing out the bracelet pin bends the tool pin so bad it's really only good for one use. So be careful and save those bracelet pins. You'll need one to put the pieces of the bracelet back together. And forget the tool for that. I had to push it through best I could with my hand, then use a hammer to push it all the way in (fortunately the bracelet is strong enough to hold up). Don't give up! Once you're done you'll have a beautiful bracelet and you'll be extremely proud of yourself :DEdit: I've had these for awhile now and have worn them from day one. I NEVER take them off. I haven't noticed any decrease in pain (arthritis and neuropathy). That said, I still love them. They're very pretty and they wear well. So far there's been no discoloration and my wrists haven't turned green. So, no pain relief, but I have some nice jewelry.

At first I was agreeing with other reviews that the links were hard to get out. After trying a few times and almost bending the screw that’s included I grabbed it with my hand and I had to do it on an angle. It was easy to take the links out. Overall I’m very satisfied.

It gives you a kit to take apart the bracelet and fix it to fit you but we have tried everything and can’t get it apart. It’s too big but it’s beautiful. I would love to wear it.

The bracelet is beautiful but difficult to take a link out. While doing this 2 of the pins on the tool broke. How can I get a replacement tool? I tried to email the seller but there is no place to contact them. Please contact me!

Not a good product at all turns green and colored pains starts to fade away. Not at all happy with the product.
