Due to a recent POTS diagnosis I have to take a lot of pills throughout the day, and one of the symptoms of this condition being brain fog and random memory loss. So ensuring that i do not miss a dose has become more and more difficult as time has gone on.I have only had this item for less than a week and already it feels like such a godsend. Each of the capsules has 4 slots, and they are not shallow either. Each day is divided into 4 sections so i can perfectly space out what i need to take and when. If i have to go somewhere, instead of carrying around a bulky case i just grab my capsule for that day and take my meds when I need to. Then when i get back i just put it right back in the case no muss, no fuss.And a couple days in a noticed someone that i had previously just to glossed over really. At first glance it just a basic thing you have just a flat and open, locking, case that has 7 other smaller cases that go into it, obviously. But also they are not really defined as to where they slot in either, it's not a statically rigid design, the capsules are freely modular. Meaning I just move that capsule to the finished capsule to the far side of the case and slide the whole set down, like a little assembly line of drugs. this also makes it easier to track when they need to be filled and makes it easier to fill up just a few days at a time removing the hassle of doing them all at once.I really love these things, they look cool, they are all color coded, have multiple chambers, are fully modular, and they are incredibly travel friendly. Also that are super inexpensive but also well made.My only regret is i didn't get them sooner.

This pill organizer is perfect! I appreciate the number of slots. There are for each day (morning, afternoon, evening, and miscellaneous.). The overall storage container is slim but large enough to hold everything inside. If you’re going out for the day, it’s easy to just take out that days pills and put that carrier with you in your purse, backpack, or briefcase. The lids are very secure and no pills fall out. At the same time it’s not too difficult to open the lids of each container making it easy to remove the pills when you want to. This is the third pill organizer that I have purchased and I am very happy with each of them. Two of the organizers have them in use for well over a year and they are still going strong.

These are wonderful! I bought two. I have had pill organizers before that, if you turn them sideways, the pills fall out. This little black case is so handy. It holds the 7 daily organizers - clearly labeled for each day of the week. And these daily organizers are plenty big for a lot of pills. It also has an extra compartment, which I don't think most organizers have, that allows you to put extra meds in addition to the morning, noon and evening. Sturdy plastic. The closure on the black case is good, very strong, but in addition to this closure, I also use a rubber band just for added protection. I think cases these will hold up for many, many years! Great quality and great price!

This set is very handy, and the large size of the daily containers makes it easy to keep track of them. smaller containers tend to easily get lost (these are used by an elderly parent).Unfortunately, that elderly user many times has trouble getting each section to open. The plastic clasp is tighter than it really needs to be.

Love this pill case. It is big enough for those huge pills like calcium. Also you can pull out a day or two and throw them in your pocketbook.

This pill case works great! Its sturdy plastic color coded and day separated ; allows you to be one step ahead. I have times where I only needed to take the days meds with me. So I can grab that day only and throw it in my bag. I always had a problem with my old case and pills falling out and even getting mixed up but with this organizer has morning noon and night. It also has a space for "as needed" pills.
