Solo New YorkVector 9.7-Inch Slim Case for iPad® Air and iPad® Pro, Black

I’m giving this a 5 for durability because even though I’ve only owned it for a couple of months, it’s a replacement for the same model that I’ve owned for 7 years or so. This one will probably last longer, because the plastic case is a bit thicker.I think the rubber lining is a little more tacky than the previous version as well, because it stands up better in the Z configuration (or maybe it’s Sigma) than the old one, which used to slide down pretty quickly. I normally just use it in the A-frame config on my lap.This probably doesn’t help to increase sales in one sense, because I’ll only buy a new one when I need one, but in another sense, because it didn’t wear out for almost a decade (my old one was fine for a few more years, but my wife needed a new cover, so I bought one, too), I’ll come back to the same company again and again.

I see 3 stars rating here but for me, my main objective was tht a I am looking for a lightweight, slim and durable case. This case certainly met all my objective. Definitely agree with everyone that it does not stand correctly. Slips all the time.

This heading "Solo Vector 9.7 Inch Slim Case for iPad Air and iPad Pro, Black" is NOT CORRECT! The case is only for the IPAD AIR.. ordered twice and the case doesn't have the cutouts for the speakers at the top or the camera cut out. Will have to return the second one.

My cover is falling apart. Would like it replaced but who do I contact? This is the second review I have written

I am not really all that pleased with the ability to keep the iPad up for viewing. The iPad slides and falls. Even when on a table. I bought it for plane trips and protect the iPad. It definitely protects the iPad, but you have to hold it and or keep placing it upright.

Don’t bother purchasing this item. The slide that is supposed to hold the Tablet continually slides and does not hold into place. I purchased a different style and a lot more expensive that happier than a clam.

This is the second one of these cases I have bought. On the second one the wake/sleep feature does not work.

Case is good quality and fit my iPad (2017). I would've kept it, but the closure flap hangs over the screen (see picture). No way to hold it back or anything. Either poor design on the company's part or my case was defective.
