From what I've seen there's no dimension difference between the fold 2 and 3 so I would have to say it'll fit

Q: Can the arm flip around to hang down (over the radio) instead of stand up?

DO NOT BUY THIS !! THE RUBBER MOUNT MELTS DUE TO THE SUN!! IF YOU TRY TO REMOVE IT FROM YOUR WINDSHIELD AFTER A FEW DAYS, IT BECOMES A HORRIBLE GOOEY MESS!! HOWEVER, I WILL SAY THE ARMS ARE GOOD. ONLY BUY THIS IF YOU ARE GOING TO REMOVE IT EVERY DAY !!
