Does the charger work with 220v?

To correct  some misinformation above...

The battery charger plugs into USB. You absolutely will need a USB charging block to charge the batteries. No USB charging block is included, however most people already own USB charging blocks from a phone or other electronics.  Whether or not USB charging is "convenient" or not depends.  Personally, I think this is a terrible choice for charging batteries for a dive flashlight (which this is).  USB charging is very slow - and depends on the charging capacity of the charging block you use...I tried charging the batteries plugged in to a small iPhone charging block (low charging capacity), and after about 18 hours, the batteries still had not charged.  Then I tried plugging into a much larger (higher charging capacity USB charging block) and it did finally charge the batteries.  But I still think charging via USB is a bad choice if you are really intending to use this for scuba diving, which is its stated purpose (on a dive trip, you are more likely to find a standard electrical outlet available).

Regarding the question about 220v...because this requires a USB charging block, you just need one of those that can accept 220v power; virtually all USB charging blocks can accept 220v, but check yours carefully before trying.

I tested this light and did not find it any brighter than others that claimed less lumens.  Any other "2 battery" lights seem to output around the same amount of light, at least in my tests.

Because this light uses larger 26650 batteries (about twice the diameter of most batteries used in similar light), I don't see any benefit in added brightness but there's definitely more weight and bulk.  And I find the USB charging a nuisance rather than a convenience.  I will be returning this.
