plop plop fizz fizz oh what a relief it is---I work for Amazon in the warehouse so we are constantly working-- a month ago I injured my back not really injured but pulled a muscle---it was painful and thank God Amazon treated me very well they were concerned everyday and adjusted my activities to my health but even though Amazon was helpful the pain was painful so I bought 2 heating pads before this one and they helped some but not enough---I tried cremes--biofreeze-thermacare--Salonpas still just a little relief-- I received this product today and I have used it for 30 minutes and it has helped in 30 minutes better than all the others in a month---before I could not go to Walmart to get groceries--I would always have to call my kids to go for me---so after 30 minutes the pain was gone --so I thought sure the pain is gone as long as I am sitting down---so I put it to the test --I went to Walmart and no PAIN--I could not believe it--so the other test is going to be when I get to work--but so far no PAIN----thanks COMFYTEMP

Over all great product, it warms quickly and the vibrate (not really a massage) feature is good and not overwhelming like some "massagers" I've used in the past. Getting it I thought this was transportable but sadly its not. Though with a simple battery pack it will work for my needs. The belt strap it comes with barely fits me so ill have to make my own additional extender unfortunately, and im not that large of a person tbh. Also in the instruction booklet it came with it said not to be used by diabetics without caution, something like that should be clearly displayed in the product description. Other than those three issues with the product I love it and its helped me deal with my chronic pain.

I was disappointed that this isn't wireless. I may have overlooked it in the description. I wanted the freedom to be able to move around. Other than that I like it and appreciate the extender strap.

All three massage settings and heat settings are very effective to release tension and pain from even the most knotted up muscles.

The heat part works great but all the massage settings are pretty much the same and worthless. The power cord is short so you must be very close to an outlet. The controls are awkward to work unless you are a twig and they are directly in front of you. Don't waste your money

It's not a professional massaging machine but the heating and vibrators provide ample heat and massage to provide respite from pain & discomfort of pulled or strained muscles and tendons. Also in my opinion help speed up the healing process and help reduce the time you need to use pain killing medications (Asparin/Advil/ Tylenol pain reducers).A very useful and importantly an affordable device to have available for the older generation -like myself (84) - who attempt to remain mobile & active and inadverdantly pull muscles or tendons while continuing our DIY projects. I note that some users actually placed this belt directly on their skin, max heat is very hot, all temps worked well over my T shirt.

I was looking forward to using this product. Opened it put it on....It works great for heat... but the massage is worthless. Didn't have a good pattern for massage and it was so noisy. I returned it to Amazon the same day I got it.
