This is such a cool gift! Immediately my daughter lit up with the cute robots and did not want to put it down. Depending on age and adaptability I can see this being a little tough to comprehend right away. Definitely want to help your little(s) take time and understand the concepts, with is a plus rather than a negative in my view. I definitely recommend this for your little thinker! This is good way to step out of the “screen time” zoning out and get them engaged and learning!

A great learning tool for kids to learn about the very basics of STEM. The walkthrough is simple and the storyline with the animals is interesting. Sometimes we need to redo certain actions for it to be detected, but the kid still really likes it. Overall a good and fun product!

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my 4 year old. I also purchased a new kindle fire 10. Unfortunately he can't play with this because there is no app to be found for tacto. I even went through a million steps to get Google play store on the Kindle. I am expecting an iPad in the mail in a few days. If that doesn't work it's going right back. Update- I changed from 1 star to 3 because I did send an email to the seller inquiring about the app for the Kindle fire10 and after a few days I received a reply with a link that did work. But that doesn't take away the disappointment my child had to experience when he got a toy on Christmas that he couldn't play with for almost a week. They never explained why the app can't be located directly from the Amazon app store . Also one of the games is malfunctioning so it looks like I will have to send another email. My son is enjoying the two games that do work. He just turned 4 so he does need help to play the games but they are pretty engaging.

I thought this PlayShifu STEM Toys for Kids - Tacto Coding (Interactive Kit + App) - Hands-on Visual Coding Game for Kids is a bit expensive at $50, but it is not too bad considering it as an interactive game. I wish that I come with a compatible tablet to keep as a set. However, it was a good thing that the Android kids tablet that I have been getting, although at only 2 GB ram seems to to be able to run this game which is a plus. It is the beginners game to introduce the kids to interactive stem.

We are big fans of the Play Shifu kits and have Plugo Letters and Plugo Links. This one is my kids favorite gaming kit. The figures included are cute and durable to use. They really enjoy the way the gaming kit makes the tablet the gameboard. We love the how interactive and easy it is to use and navigate. It's great for taking along to restaurants or trips because it's small and has a few pieces that are easy to transport. There are a variety of games within the Tacto coding set.

The app doesn't work and PlayShifu won't provide an update. Don't buy this game.

My son loves gaming and this was a great introduction to teach him about coding! He laughed as he completed levels when the characters danced! He loved watching how when he moved the pieces the character would replicate his actions! He also said the figures were great because they were study in his hand and he didn’t worry about them breaking! He loves it and can’t wait to try other Shifu products!

I teach coding as an elective class to middle school students, and I love that this game is allowing me to introduce the concepts to my 6yo and 4yo. They enjoy playing the iPad game, and I like that it is hands-on and introduces them to sequencing and coding concepts.

Really easy to use and get playing, it easily clips onto the iPad, just download the app and you are ready to go. My little girl is nearly 4 and she has been enjoying playing this and can follow the instructions with a little help from me. There’s a great learning element to it which I love. The figures are easy for her to hold and manipulate and it’s very straightforward to follow! I really recommend this!

The app crash on ipad also difficult to unlock first time parental lock post downloading the app. The view and feel of the overall game once a kid starts playing is not user friendly and need parental assistance. The app looks exciting over video / advertisement but realtime experience is very poor. Have returned back the product. Not a valuable product for kid, rather the mobile apps have much better kid friendly features

When u clip it on, rmb to remove your protector on your iPad if you have any. Otherwise it would stuck on the protector and it took me 15 minutes to take it out n also risking to break my protector or the clip. The connection of the figure was not good. On eof the game was not able to register with the rotate figure n could not by pass at all. End up I need to uninstall and choose other games instead. Just frustrated.

I bought it but a part was missing. So it is totally useless for me..
