I got this for my grandpa so he can improve his overall hand function after surgery. It has a great range of different equipment that he can use for different exercises and with varying strengths. He particularly likes how they feel in his hand and he can do exercises without feeling like he is deliberately exercising. I definitely would recommend this kit for anyone who is looking to improve grip strength after surgery or to maintain control of grip as they age.

I received all the products promptly with each item was packaged individually inside the box. I appreciated that they included an instruction pamphlet inside, something that not all companies do. I've tried using each of the products and all of them function exactly as expected and have been incredibly helpful! The product itself is fine, but I was very disappointed that the pieces came individually wrapped in plastic in a cardboard box. From the picture, I expected them to come in a nice box for storing them. I planned to give this as a gift but it looks cheap to just throw the pieces in a gift bag. The instructions for use came on a cheap printed piece of paper. Overall I am pretty disappointed in the quality.

This is the second product I've ordered from this company.I got this set because I had wrist issues affecting my supination and grip strength. After keeping at it for a few weeks, I've noticed genuine recovery in trouble spots when performing curls and benching. I'll definitely keep at it, even if just for maintenance's sake.

I can't stress it enough but when it come to products, Serenilite is very good with their quality. The grip strengthener is my favorite object to use so far, especially with the different settings.
