Dritz Sew On Snaps Nickel 48 Sets Fasteners, Size 3, 48ct

I have kind of a love-hate relationship with these snaps. On the one hand, this is enough snaps to last me for YEARS, at a very reasonable price. I'd been buying snaps on cards--you know, the ones that come eight or ten snaps on a card and cost three dollars a card at the craft store and even more if you buy them online--so I was happy to find these at a fraction of the price.On the other hand, I positively loathe sewing on snaps. (Oh, SNAP.)But I suppose I should apologize for my snappishness and admit that it's not the snaps' fault that I hate sewing them on. The snaps work fine. I just finished a big project that took about 20 snaps. I checked each set of snaps before sewing them on to make sure they fit together, and all of them did. (Then I discovered that once you've snapped together a couple of loose snap halves, it's very difficult to unsnap them. If you're going to test loose snaps, which is probably a good idea, I suggest punching a small hole in a piece of thin cardboard and snapping the snaps together with the cardboard between them. Your fingernails will thank you for your efforts to keep them from snapping.) A lot of the snaps are difficult to snap together on the first try, but if you unsnap and snap them a couple of times, they loosen up and snap more easily.I estimate that I may possibly need more snaps somewhere around 2025. If so, I'll snap to attention and buy more of these snaps in a snap.

I love the size of this snap. I had never seen any before and I got a lot of sewing things from a person who no longer could use them and there were this size of snaps in all of this misc stuff. I used them and fell in love with them. I never found them at typical craft stores, but I found them here and ordered and exactly what I wanted

These are the same exact snaps you can get from someplace like Joanne fabrics just much more affordable. Great value. One of the reasons brick and mortar stores are going out of business be competitive with yours prices.
