If you are serious about toning up after losing the weight this set of bands is essential. Well constructed, professional grade resistance bands. Color coding makes it easier to increase or decrease tension at a glance. Easy to use handles that a meant for comfort and durability have a very nice system for adding or reducing additional bands. In my opinion this a quality buy. Buy one for yourself and a few as gifts. So many toning exercises can be done with this set. The price is a steal. don't miss out on this great toning set.Just as an update to my review of this product, since December of 2016, I have purchased this item an additional 2 times. The extra purchases were due to family and a friend wanting additional sets due to the versatility and quality of these resistance bands. These are quality gym grade, in my opinion, exercise equipment. They are well made, portable and extremely effective means to tone up and stay in shape. The seller is top notch in delivering the product on time and does check to see that you are happy with your purchase. They stand behind their product and that's a good thing.

I usually don't go out of my way to give negative reviews, but this product is ridiculous. There is no reason whatsoever for them to have not put the handles on the band. None. But yet, they expect you to insert a bulb through a hole it does not fit through, that is supposed to not come through the other whole. Do not buy this absurd waste of time. I'm returning this immediately and buying bands that are attached.

The nub that sticks up (aiming towards the handle) is uncomfortable as it occasionally rubs on my hand while using the bands. Other than that, the quality is great.

I hadn't realized how much resistance I had lost until I started working with these!As other have said, handles are a must. These are unique in that they don't use a carabiner attachment to the handle. You thread the band directly through a slot in the handle, then pull down to secure the knob in its handle rest. A little tricky with the thicker red band, but quite manageable. Good value for money, and great for when you're sitting at your desk waiting for a build to finish, doing a conference call, or whatever else has you stuck to a screen but still able to exercise. Chair exercises are quite doable.Four stars instead of five only for the following: The bands not in use are a little unwieldy. Loose, they flop like eels out of water. When I'm moving quickly from one exercise to another, I hate to unthread/rethread both handles. I use a velcro cord minder to bundle the loose ones up. It's great for putting them away too. And a feature my old bands had that I'm going to miss - a sleeve to protect the band and your furniture. Photos attached to show what I mean for both. This little bit of detail-work value-add would bump this from solid buy to gotta have it.

Started out ok, but have not lasted. After about a year of light usage they are basically unusable - they were bought for use with the resistance band portions of 21 Day Fix Extreme. The handles have broke on some, but the worst is the rubber has gotten very tactile/sticky making it impossible to do exercises where the band rubs against your body, e.g., Pilates with a resistance band.

i ordered the blue bands and they've been great. Seem to be good quality. They take up a lot less room and are easy to pack. The connection seems solid. I'm not worried that the handle will snap off and I'll accidentally smack myself.I didn't opt for the door attachment since i can wrap them on a door knob when I work my arms or clothing rod in my closet when I do shoulders.I was normally doing 6lbs at the gym so I was looking for heavier weights and these work fine for me. If I really want more resistance, just shorten the cord by grabbing the cord instead of the handle or wrapping it around something twice.No regrets with this purchase so far :)

The product is exactly as advertised! I got the light resistance band and it comes in handy when I'm traveling overseas for work. It helps supplement my regular workouts while being in the comfort of my hotel room. I can watch the videos via the link sent on my laptop or I can use the handy visual guide that was given. The seller checked up on me as well to determine if I was satisfied with the product and I appreciated that. I would recommend this as a great way to do a workout at home or away from home!

Just started using the lowest resistance band regularly this past week and while doing a workout that required me to lift the band above my head in a vertical crossover move, the handle snapped off from the band. I tried re-inserting the handle into the tubing assuming that it would work, but sadly these are a cheap option and don't hold up well to normal activity.
