The product itself is good and can clean properly, the microfibers thoroughly wipes the dirt. But the problem is the handle of the mop, it is not sturdy enough. In fact, 1 piece was already broken just because I accidentally used it under the sofa and it made a sudden clicking sound, afterwhich it became bended and I am still thinking of a way how to fix it.

Mopping my home is so much nicer. Don't have to mess my hands and don't have to change the water for each room. The dirty water is separate from the clean water. Love it.

It's a delight to use, cleans extremely well and is easy to move around. We have been using it on parquet flooring and it even feels nice mopping with it. Super happy and hooked.

The best mop I have ever used. It is a bit pricey, however, it makes cleaning fast and kind of entertaining. Highly recommended.

Update: a few months down the line and unfortunately the mop head has broken already. I can’t see anywhere to contact the seller to get a replacement. Such a shame.***I bought this to replace our UpCo floor mop which kept breaking.I have been very positively surprised with this mop. It’s a lot smoother to navigate around the floors. I really like the clever design that separates dirty water from the clean. Feels like sturdy design.One of the problem with the UpCo mop is that the mop head keeps breaking so you have to replace every two months (which gets expensive) so I’m hoping I won’t have the same problem with this one. Will update review when I have used it for longer.

This is a good product. We have had it six months and love it.The major issue to consider is that you can not get spare pads for it.I have contacted the seller and Amazon to get this resolved. Too expensive if you can not get the spare pads.

I purchased this mop and bucket set to replace an UpCo one because the handle broke, was replaced, and broke again, plus the fact you have to buy 2 replacement microfibre pads to get the one type that I mainly use.This new mop and bucket is much lighter to carry around than the UpCo one, as it holds much less water, and does 'the job' very well as it's so ingeniously designed, plus the handle hasn't snapped (yet) probably because it doesn't have that plastic joint which the UpCo handle has.Sure, it's a lot of money for a mop and bucket but, it's money well spent!

I have trouble getting my Indian stone floor, a gorgeous feature of the kitchen, thoroughly clean. This is the first mop I've had that is up to the job. Can't use a steam mop on this porous stone so this is ideal. Hard to get excited about a mop I know but this one is an exception! Also microfibre head easy to dry so no more damp smelling cleaning tools mouldering in a bucket.

Very difficult to clean with various parts not coming apart.Often the water removing flat will move inside the mechanism and won’t then remove water.The mop itself doesn’t absorb that much water and will sometimes struggle to clean up spills.Bolt that holds mop to the handle has started to rust after only a few weeks.Overall little disappointing for not a cheap mop.
