Had I used it as a cover as intended, say on the deck, I believe there wouldn't have been an issue! It covers my 26" wheel ebike quite well! So here's the thing... I tried to use it as a cover when driving home with it... a wind storm hit, and there was a bit of tearing around the metal loops. Gorilla tape patched it quite well. I should have tried one of the covers specifically for coverage while driving... my bad.
