Work great!
Great product and even better customer service. After only a couple of months of use a piece of ours cracked making it useless. Customer service immediately replaced it for us and made sure that we were happy with the purchase. We use them everyday for our iced coffees!

Too good to last
I honest love this chiller, but the side wall blew out in under a month. I followed the fill instructions, being careful not to overfill. I have also kept it on a flat shelf to avoid uneven freezing. Edit. Spoke with customer service and they promptly sent me a replacement. I am hopeful that this was an isolated defect as I really liked this product.

Works as advertised
Works as advertised, though I let my hot coffee cool first. Using it to cool room temp coffee or wine works great. I'd give it 5 stars if it was clear, so I could see how much liquid is in it. I'd buy it again.

Works well!
I LOVE THIS! I prefer my coffee cold and I use this every single day. It holds just less than 3 cups of liquid to chill and makes quick work of the process. I usually make my coffee, pour it in here for less than five minutes and I have ice cold coffee without the ice. Highly recommend! Good quality.

Good for cooling wine & spirits, NOT coffee
The ad for this reads, “The HyperChiller will CHILL your coffee in less than 60 seconds. Take the edge off a hectic morning by enjoying an Iced Coffee on the go. ” However, the instructions say, “In as little as one minute, the coffee will have cooled down by up to 130 degrees F (54 C). Pour via the spout on the opposite side of the lid into your cup and enjoy!” Per the FDA Food Code, you cannot hold food less than 135 degrees F for food safety, which is HOT enough to minimize bacteria growth. My point is not food safety or bacteria. It’s that this product will only cool to 130 F, 5 degrees less than what is required to HOT hold food. It’s simply brought coffee (typically brewed 190 to 200 degrees F for best extraction) down to 130 degrees F. If you pour fresh brewed coffee into this (previously frozen) device, wait the allotted amount of time, then pour it over ice, you better have brewed your coffee really, really strong, as 130 degree coffee poured over ice may bring it down room temperature (70 degrees F) by melting all the ice and watering down your coffee significantly. Room temperature coffee does not equate to cold or chilled coffee to me. You’re better off brewing coffee the night ahead and keeping it in a cup of your choosing (not this device) in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning the coffee should be cool (~40 degrees F) and any ice added to it should remain ice, resulting in an actual ICED coffee with a good coffee strength (not weak or watered down). For these reasons, I cannot recommend this product for coffee. It may work well for wine and spirits, cooling those down from room temperature to something cooler and maybe “chilled” in about 90 seconds.

ICE ICE BABY 🧊 🥶
This has been a game changer! I love iced coffees but dislike the ice watering down my drink. So I went online and began my search for something, anything that would help me with that issue and came across this bad boy. It does what it says which is awesome. I love to color too! People have mentioned cracking. I have not experienced that and hope that I don’t. I’ve only had it for a month but have used it almost everyday since receiving it and have not had any issues. Price could be less expensive but overall, great item. I will update if anything changes

Works as intended...but has issues
Overall 3 stars. Chiller works as advertised. I found that it works best to chill about 8 ounces at a time. I will make an 8 oz. coffee in my Keurig and brew it right into the chiller. After about 3 minutes I pour the chilled coffee into a 16 oz. cup that is filled with ice. Coffee will be very cold and NOT watered down. Back to back coffees don't work that great for me. I do like my coffee very cold. Second coffee doesn't come out as cold. I haven't measured the difference. If I do I will update my review. It may sound obvious but chiller works great when it is frozen solid. The chiller does have some small issues. There is a small hole on the top of the chiller. Coffee or what ever hot liquid you are pouring does drip into the inner chiller chamber. Also, once the hot liquid is in the chilling chamber, the ice that is formed turns back to water. This water can leak back out when pouring the chilled liquid. Cleaning the chiller is easy. I rinse the chilling chamber a few times under running water. However, because the hot liquid does leak into the inner chiller chamber I recommend taking the chiller apart and giving it a good cleaning. I plan on doing mine about once a week. One other small issue, there wasn't any instructions in the box. I found instructions online. Filling the chiller is very simple. I am fine with them saving the paper, but a simple note on the box that says find instructions online would of been nice. Overall, this is a solution if you hate watered down iced coffee. There are other methods to make iced coffee that brew delicious iced coffee but most methods take a bit more time. I recommend this if you are looking to chill one or two iced coffees a day.

It works good but read kinda cons
1) if you can’t wait about five minutes for an ice cold cup of coffee WITHOUT ADDING ICE don’t get this. 2) only holds 12 1/2 ounces. But 4$ 3) it has more parts then I thought it was going to but they’re not really a big pain. But it has you know a few parts four of them that you’ve got to maintain and make sure you don’t lose but they really don’t need to be put into a dishwasher you just wash them off and you put them back together again and you keep putting it into the freezer after you use it you dump it out you wash it out fill it up again put it in the freezer. But it has more parts and I was expecting a lot more. I was expecting it to have just one container and that’s it but it’s nothing like that depending on how hot the coffee is you put into it you can get 2 usages but again you’re going to wait between five and 10 minutes for the second one as well. So if you’re in a hurry and you want 24 ounces of coffee this is not what you get. This was not exactly what I was expecting when I got this. I understand the concept of it is you know pretty basic but I didn’t think it was gonna be like this I thought that it was gonna be a very large container and it’s not I also thought I was gonna be able to drink out of it and you can’t because it’s huge. It’s not meant to be drunk you have to pour into something else. But overall of course it works. The concept is simple there’s a ton of ice with a metal container and a coffee goes into it and as the ice melts the coffee gets colder. I’m not disappointed at all. Because I can wait that amount of time to get an iced coffee It works. I watched a video about it and you know it’s about 60 seconds or so they said to leave it in. To be completely honest here that’s not how it works. When I get iced coffee I don’t want any ice inside of it OK I want the coffee to be cold like it was in the refrigerator I don’t want the ice. ice waters down no matter what you get. You have to leave this there for about five minutes if you take it directly from your coffee pot and poured it. It only holds 12 1/2 ounces. But if you leave it there for five minutes or so it comes out ice cold. And depending on how hot it is you can get more than one usage out of it you may have to wait five or 10 minutes out. But if you want a cup of coffee that’s going to be cold without ice you’re not gonna get it in 60 seconds no matter what are you shaking around you know slowly in your head and swirly they said to do or to leave it standing straight you’re not gonna get it cold like that you’re still gonna have to put it over ice. So wait five minutes if you can
