Tastes like the smell of orange tic tacs. Weird because there’s no “taste” hard to explain. Have noticed an almost immediate improvement in energy and mood. Wanted to try supplementing D due to lack of sunlight during winter.

We love Mary Ruth’s vitamins and supplements for our four year old. She loves the tinctures and thinks they’re fun to assist with the dropper in her mouth. She thinks the orange flavor is a bit strong in this one, so I just know to have water nearby to chase it with. Love this brand and notice a difference in her immune system with combining this supplement and other from Mary Ruth’s!

I bought this for a good and clean way to get Vit D supplemented for my kids. So far it’s been great. They liked it right from the start and think it’s fun when they have to catch the drops on their tongue. I like that it comes in a dark amber glass bottle to protect ingredients. I tried it myself and it had little to no taste in my opinion which makes it easy to add into any food or drink if it’s difficult to get your kids to take it as is. Great quality in my opinion.
