Great size and sturdy!

Does the job well

I like that this steam pan is light and sturdy. We are using it outside over a propane burner to boil down sugar water to make maple syrup. We ran the propane wide open for many hours. The pan gave us uniform heat and didn't discolor on the bottom very much.

Just a little thinner material than I remember, but I'm using it for home cooking so it makes no difference

I use it for a dog water bowl- right around 5 gallons

bought a 3pack of these pans to use for maple sugaring, was using an old water bath canner as a sap boiling pan then went looking for something that would work better, could have got an 18x24 maple pan for around $200 but 2 of these pans cover the same area on the woodstove at a fraction of the cost, and i have a spare pan. initially i was sent the wrong size pans but tigerchefs customer service were superb, i have rarelly had such a pleasant experience with customer service, they were polite and friendly and shipped the right pans out and i got them in 2 days, not a small feat out in the middle of nowhere on the canadian boarder. i was very impressed with their service and when i checked the pans they fit perfect on my stove for maximum surface area (whats needed for boiling sap into syrup). i highly reccomend the tigerchef and these pans for small scale sugaring

I need a lid to put over an aluminum pan, this worked perfectly. Better than using foil

I used to own a restaurant, but I bought this with a lid for use as an in-oven steam chamber to bake artisan bread (at home for pleasure). The product arrived with good packaging but a damaged corner where the lid meets the edge. the metal is so light i was able to bend it back good as new with my fingers. the edges all around on the tray and the lid are very sharp. You might want to debur them or your employees might slice their hands open and bleed all over your food.
