Super clear LP covers for gate-fold LP's. They are a snug fit and it's easy to slide the LP in, even ones with pages in the centre which the design allowed to be accessible. I have previously used polythene covers but they were a bit loose and was not able to read the information on the spines. These don't have that problem.Quick delivery as well. I'll certainly be ordering more from Spincare when I need them, gate-fold or otherwise.

These sleeves are very good value and will fit slightly larger, modern albums. Most sleeves will take albums from the late 60s, 70, 80s etc but I've been finding that current gatefold albums are slightly larger and frustratingly, often don't fit outer protection sleeves. This brand offers a slightly bigger option and has resolved this issue very nicely. They are glass clear too and allows the spine to be easily read.

apart from being fragile in my hands they might be just what you want .

Approximately 50% of new records that I buy come in gatefold covers. Often these are difficult to squeeze into plastic outer covers and I often find myself just cutting open the shrinkwrap at the edge of the album and pulling the records out. Sometimes this crumples the inner sleeve and often it is difficult to get the records back in. Moreover, I never see the gatefold! Sometimes, with regular outer sleeves, I just shove the record inside the gatefold rather than trying to drag the cover out of a tight sleeve, getting the album out and having to go through the whole process again afterwards. Finally, most outer sleeves are semi opaque and curtail the colours and the visual experience of looking at the cover.This product solves all of these issues: you open the gatefold and carefully slide the cover through (it does tend to snag a bit and can tear if you aren't careful). The cover is open at either end - so removing the albums is easy, and the gatefold opens (the plastic does not cover the inner crease - so the hinge works perfectly and trifold albums can be fished out) out in all its glory. Further, these covers are "crystal" clear - so the record covers look fabulous - even worn record covers enjoy a sparkle from being inside these sleeves. They cost about 50p, or 55c each - considering that I am using them to cover albums that cost £50, I consider this to be great value.I also used the gatefold cover for triple albums (Mingus the Lost Album - Ronnie Scotts, as the trifold will fold back (uncovered, mind) into the gatefold.I am delighted that this has allowed me to enjoy all of those great album covers without damaging them or leaving them stuck in plastic. Strongly recommended.

Not much to add to the title; these fit a double album well, allowing you to remove the disks without removing the album sleeve from the protector, they are very clear so don't obscure small print or detail in the album art and they are sturdy once in place. This is their weak spot though - it's easy to split the seam when inserting the album cover into the sleeve - once in place it is plenty strong enough, you just need to be careful on the first few pulls on the sleeve: this is a once only so not enough of a problem to reduce the score.All in all I'm pleased with these - they fit my double albums, they are clear and strong enough. Add to this the price, which seems to be very respectable, it can't be any other than 5 stars (but be careful when initially fitting them).

bought because I already used this brand for my normal albums but I needed something for my triple or larger sets. Well that's the problem. They don't fit. Triple or quad, not a chance.Avoid this product if you want something to fit triple albums. they struggle with doubles with a slipcase.Very disappointed in the product. Sure you'd get 3 discs in but not including the sleeves you wouldn't.Waste of money in that aspect.

The product does the job well, you get quite a few in a pack which is good but the downside is that they are quite finicky to put on, and if you're not careful can scuff the edges. just as a warning they are VERY shiny, though they are crystal clear, they will reflect light like crazy as you can see in the attached photo.
