The packaging was really good, triple corrugated cardboard and foam was used. Easy to install. The top railing is really heavy duty. Good quality hardware was supplied for mounting to concrete or wood.

I'm very happy with this hand rail. It feels sturdy, looks nice and charming and was easy to install. Opt for getting the longer version if you are debating between a bit short or a bit long.

This is a nice looking and sturdy handrail. Installation is easy, but the instructions were useless unless you like deciphering pictures. The installation is straight forward though. I didn't use the supplied wedge anchors. I used 5/16 x 2-1/4 Tapcon concrete anchor bolts. I like them because they are removable, easier to install and if your drilling gets wallowed out you can always go and re-drill for the wedge anchor. The bottom bolt flange came bent up, but I was able to straighten. I wish the set came with adjustable insert plugs where the mid rail bolts into the upright. I'll probably make something out of plastic to cover the large holes. That is just another way for rainwater to enter the tube and start the rusting process. We will see how long it holds up to the elements. So far, we love it.

I wanted to add a hand rail to our front deck for some of our older friends (us also). I only needed to cover 3 steps. This was exactly what I needed at a good price. Functionality and quality is great.

The flexibility of use on different number and type of steps. In one case the handrail was installed on an existing cement platform and two steps and in the other case we had to pour two footings to use on an awkward stone step. Both were easy to install and very sturdy. These were chosen because they came closet to matching handrails already installed around the yard. Comes with all the nuts and bolts and concrete drill bits.

These are sturdy and attractive. The price is reasonable, too.

It is strong, comfortable to use. I am so happy to have such a wonderful railing at a reasonable price!

I bought a total of 5 hand rails 2 sets of 3 step, 1 - 4 step rail and 1- 5 step rail. The rails themselves are good and sturdy using the provided hardware, even came with a hammer bit for the drill, a plus for sure. My issue is with the covers for the bottoms which cover the bolts. Where on the 4 and 5 step rails the covers were packed separately and in good shape , the covers for the 3 steps were jammed together in the same packaging which bent them and scratched off a lot of paint. After pulling and twisting them back into the shape that would fit the rail, I now have to go back and paint them. My suggestion is to inspect them so you can return them before installing.
