This is my 2nd Alptop IP camera, and I'm pleased with both. This one is surprisingly lo w priced for such a feature rich IP camera. My other Alptop camera has an optical zoom lens and cost 4X what this one did. Yet this one has all of the features of the more expensive one except optical zoom. It was easy to install and set up. I especially like the AI filtered motion detection, the ability to switch on bright white lights and sound a siren alarm when a target is detected. The optional auto tracking is also good, allowing the camera to follow a moving subject. I'm using it to deter a bear from getting into my garbage cans (I live in the country in a wooded area). It works great, making the critter flee as soon as the lights and siren went off. With the recommended app in my cell phone I'm able to view and control my Alptop cameras from anywhere in the world that I have a decent WiFi connection. May buy another one for my front entrance and driveway.

I was impressed on how easy it was to sync with our router and then the quality of the picture, night and day is perfect. It also has so many features, like zoom, pan, tilt, tracking, define detection area, AI alarm, sensitivity adjustments for the AI and motion detection, push notifications to cell, or picture/video sent to my email, alarm siren, with or without bright lights. And even more than I mentioned. It works so well I just purchased another one. Oh and did I mention, no monthly fee's like many other security cameras require. Just need wireless internet router, a cell phone and the app. I have an android and it works excellent!Updating this review after 2nd camera installed;I finally found time to install my second ALPTOP PTZ Security Camera. Installed so easy and now both cameras are shown on my Android cell phone which makes it super easy to change between them. The quality of these cameras are almost unbelievable and I have captured criminals on our property and even rats and mice getting into our engine compartments. We traveled 1600+ miles and I could still use and control the cameras, saved pictures and push notifications still worked well. These are excellent cameras and the app on android works great as well as the computer. You won't regret buying these cameras!

The quality is quite good and easy to install. I currently use five of these to monitor our radio transmission sites.

It's super easy to setup an using it is very easy the picture an video quality is great even at night i can see the video just as good as I do during the day it's a great camera I would recommend it to anyone who needs a good working reliable camera.

The media could not be loaded. This camera came with all the pieces. It was very easy to set up. It has the capability of hooking it up directly into a modem or be used wireless. I prefer wireless and it works great. There are so many great features; rotating the camera via the app, night vision. The sound and zoom quality are clear. The camera picks up motion and send notifications really well.

I have ring security system throughout my house but unfortunately it only records movements in proximity and even misses some close movements every now and then.I needed something that can record every second and this camera is exactly that. I have been using a similar camera at my parents house for last 5 years and has no issues so far.The light is cherry on the cake as it acts as motion sensing floodlight and records clear videos.Overall the experience is good and I will postmore feedback in a few months of using it

We purchase a lot of items on Amazon and we alway try to give a fair and honest review.I originally gave this product a 2 star rating due to receiving a non functioning camera and found it difficult to obtain customer service as explained in my review. Since the seller did reach out and replaced the camera, I have given it 4 out of 5 stars ( due to how difficult it is to get customer service).Purchased 4 of the AT-200DW WiFi Pan / Tilt IP cameras for our farm. 3 out of 4 seem to work excellent however we had a problem with the 4th camera.The camera starts up and does the usual tests, pans left then right and tilts up and down, then proceed to “park” facing the rear bracket.But when you try to Pan/Tilt using the app, it does nothing. Intelligence Tracking will detect movement, turn on the LED Floodlights but will not move to track either.We also noticed when going to install the camera, one of the wires to the antenna slipped out. It had some black electrical tape on it but appears it was never connected. Turns out all 4 of the cameras only have 1 true antenna connected, the second antenna wire is cut off too short to even reach the main circuit board and taped against the housing.Tried to contact Alptap clicking on the support but everything is in Chinese and there was no apparent way to contact for support.We tried to contact Amazon Customer Service, but the Agent spoke broken English, and didn’t seem to really want to help us out with the problem. We were told there is no warranty covering the camera, but when we first purchased them the seller site had a 1year limited warranty posted which they have now removed.The cameras are a good price, easy to connect and have good features, and we did plan on getting a few more, but will probably go with a different company in the future due to no apparent way to contact the seller or company, and Amazon was reluctant to even assist.Update to review Sept 17 2023. The Seller reached out to us after our review was posted and sent a replacement camera along with their apologies. The camera works fine, like the previous 3 out of 4, and I am happy with their reply. However don’t be fooled by the 2 antenna on top. Again only 1 is actually attached, the other seems to be just for show. The cameras do work great and worth the money, but they really do need to have a better customer support system in place to address issues.
