Wonderful product; works as well as Rx
This is best product that can be bought over the counter. I also have an aloe allergy and many products have aloe in them. I have an excellent prescription for something similar to this, only most pharmacies do not make compounds and the one in my area that did closed a few years ago so I can't get it easily. Insurance won't pay for compounds and I usually paid $30 out of pocket, so this price is comparable and I can use my FSA account. The consistency is a little thicker than my Rx, but is good and easy to use. Other than my RX, this is the best product for fissures and internal hemorrhoids.

Surprisingly effective but wish it had a nozzle
This product is surprisingly effective. I hate the little fingertips gloves that it came with and I really wish that it had a plastic applicator for the internal application but apparently the finger is safer?? Was way more painful to use my finger to get to the issue. But I felt fairly quick relief and this product made the entire region a little more comfortable than before. Worked pretty quick too. Definitely going into my repertoire for fissure care.

Good stuff!
This stuff is amazing! I was hurting for days and the Fissure was healing very slow. Two days of this stuff and I feel almost back to normal! Highly recommend!

Gave me back my sanity
This has been a life saver. I had almost constant itching for 2 months and this is the only thing that has stopped the itch and discomfort. Only downside is the consistency, there was some separation and some of the oil based ingredients seem to of solidified after squishing the tube several times it seems to be incorporated better.

A lifesaver
Unfortunately, I have hemmoroids come and go all the time. Preparation H helps sometimes, but when I got one that just wouldn't quit, I went online and found Doctor Butler's cream. It was pricey, but it was worth every penny. Within a few days, I was almost back to normal. I use it now when I feel one coming on and it usually stops it before it get worse. I'll never go back to the other brand.

Not that effective
Tried it for a few weeks - a little better that Prep H but no significant improvement.

Worth It
Works like no other product I've tried. A little more expensive but totally worth it.

Did not work for my fissure.
I tried this for a fissure I was dealing with, and it did nothing other than mildly numb the pain. The fissure ultimately got worse, and I had to see a doctor for a real prescription vasodilatation and pain medication that ultimately healed things. I don't know how well it works for hemorrhoids, but my doctor explained that hemorrhoid treatments usually restrict blood flow to help the hemorrhoids shrink, while fissure treatments increase blood flow to the affected area to help the skin heal. Not sure how one medication supposedly can do both.
