An excellent multivitamin with good ingredients. I previously worked in nutraceuticals and this truly stands out. Noticeably higher energy levels within a a few days of use, likely from b vitamins and iron. My only downside, the iron is causing constipation. A very common issue with iron supplements. I will need to increase my intake of water, fibre and magnesium. If you aren’t bothered by iron and are diligent about fibre, I’d recommend this to adult premenopausal women.

Easy to swallow, no bad taste or smell, no aftertaste either. These have lots of great plant based, certified ingredients & I have noticed myself feeling better overall after taking about 7 weeks. On my 2nd bottle, I started taking 1 a day at first bc there's alot of vitamins & minerals that my body was lacking & I didn't want to overload my system. After 4 weeks, I began taking 2 a day & I've noticed my nails are much stronger & growing faster, my hair seems stronger & my skin is smoother & hasn't been breaking out hardly any. I also notice my skin on my body seems less dry. I was hoping to see less hair fallout with these & I am noticing that the amount that I see in my hairbrush daily is less than before taking these. I still lose some in my brush, but nowhere near the amount before taking these. I was losing 75-150 hairs a day when I brushed my hair but now, it's consistently around 30-40. I see less hair falling out in the shower as well when I wash my hair but I don't know that exact amount. I was a little worried about the amount of Vitamin A so I consulted my doctor, he said since the origin is from beta carotene, he said it was totally fine. He actually really loved all of the ingredients & the plant based sourcing of these vitamins. He 100% approved of these & said compared to other multi vitamins, these were "impressive in the amounts, the types of vitamins and the different, complimentary minerals also included in this vitamin /supplement from Whole Earth & Sea." My doctor is a board certified Internal Specialist with a focus on holistic health. 10/10 recommend spending the extra $10/$15 to get a good quality, multi certified vitamin. Make sure you but directly from the brand though, I've heard and read that many times sellers will sell outdated, opened, or knock off vitamins, I don't know how much truth that holds, but to just be safe, I'd buy from the brand directly on their Amazon storefront (or their website 😉).
