This product is great for a grill or griddle - it needs a large cook area, but can flip a whole burger or steak with ease. Excellent at that, weight is significant, but quality has heft. Edges are good and get under food without issues.

I bought this item to have a sturdy spatula with square corners to get into the hard to reach places on my griddle when I'm cleaning up. But this is so much more. This is a very sturdy tool and I find myself going to it for flipping, chopping and general use. The only drawback I have found so far is, when contacting the griddle surface for an extended period, the brass rivets that hold the handles on get hot, really hot, which makes holding it really uncomfortable to hold. But all things considered, this is well worth the money.

Flips the burger with tremendous accuracy.Of course, I do know about the proper placement and angle of the spatula to perform the perfect flip.But once I get it in there....DANG!!!! The perfect flip occurs!!I use it every day in my food truck. I flip at least 150 burgers in a day. And all flips are flawless.Awesome Spatula...5 stars!!!

Sturdy and works great, but it is huge. Think grilling spatula.

Use it as a patty smasher and a spatula and it does both jobs well There is no play in the handle and it is quite large, making smashing effortless. Can't imagine paying more for something that squashes and flips patties.

This is a durable and heavy duty spatula, but it is much larger than expected so it has more limited use than I planned. It's a good product but not exactly what I expected.Where it may not work well in some pans because of the size, it will be great on a flat griddle or a grill.Also, the corners are very pointed and sharp so it could scratch your cookware more easliy than other items.It's hard and solid so scraping and cleaning a griddle would be a good use for it also.
