Purchased the Billiards Xpress cue rack because I was tired of chalk marks on the white walls from leaning cues and didn't want to get a stand that would take up floor space. Felt like a bit of a gamble since the price was so reasonable (<$50) but figured it was worth a shot. Package arrived when anticipated. Don't be alarmed at the smaller size/weight of the box like I was. You are definitely getting what you see in the product photos.Assembly wasn't difficult but it could have been slightly easier. In the box, you're provided with a CAD-like drawing of how the pieces intersect. It would have eliminated some questions if there was a step-by-step assembly guide. However, a couple days after the item arrived, the seller/company did reach out through Amazon and provide a full set of instructions, but we had already built and installed it.Mounting to the wall was a breeze. We only received 4 drywall anchors instead of 5, but it was fine because we mounted directly to the wall and did not use the hanging triangles so we ended up with one extra. Anchored in three places (one at the top, two at the bottom); it's not going anywhere.I purchased the gray wood option which perfectly matched my charcoal felt and the gray wood flooring in the room. If I could make any product suggestion, it would be to include a space for the table brush (which I set on top in the pictures).Ultimately, I am not disappointed and pretty pleased. It looks great, it's functional, and I'm confident it will last.

Package arrived from Amazon and their box was in good shape. Pulled out the box from Billiards Express and their box was in good shape. I believe the two small shelves in the box were shifting back and forth and were not secured properly in the Billiard Express box. They should have been taped so they did not move, but they did slide back and forth and they knocked 4 of the 6 plastic cue stick holders out and the screws pulled out of the wood. I found the screws, used epoxy to glue the screws back in the wood and the plastic cue holders to the wood, hopefully that will work but becasue of this I was not 5 Star happy wioth this product.

It arrived already broken. The undersized screws had already ripped out of the wood. Very cheaply made

Easy to install but not a great quality wood.Overall once installed it does look nice

For the price it was what I was expecting for the fit and finish, however the top piece of wood is missing a screw in one of the pool cue holders, the other wasn't even screwed in, causing it to just fall off. I tried screwing the single screw back in, and it isn't even long enough to connect the holder to the board.
