This is a very powerful pump I am so happy I purchased it it's worth every dime and then more I would definitely purchase this again it is a beautiful sight to see as it does work nicely for my fountains and it is so well built it's durable the water flow is amazing high and it's easy to install the flow rate can be adjusted I love it

Works, but...
Is there a bottom grate for this??Mine does not have one..So, it will suck up whatever is on the bottom..Or your fish, if it gets knocked over.šµPut it inside of a mesh cage in a fish pond.Or cage with a mesh bag over it.Works very well.š

Good pump, maintenance is important.
So far, so good after 3 months of moderate use. You do not want this to run too long when dry. Cleaning and maintenance is key. If you plan to not use it for more than a month, flush thoroughly with clean water and a drop of dish detergent. Once dry, put a few drops of 3 in 1 oil on the rudder or it will freeze in place rendering it useless when you need it next time.

Works great
Absolute perfect pump I do my water changes in my fish tanks with this which means that I pour salt in the water and all that and the pump does absolutely fine with it and it just kicks ass it's got all the different sizes attachments and with the smallest attachment I have gotten it to go up to almost 10 ft which is higher than advertised and this is all around a great pump and it'll do the job for the price and it is all around a good way to go

Disappointing Performance Despite 800 GPH Rating
The flow rate is listed as 800 GPH, but the actual flow rate is very low. I have another motor from a different seller with the same 800 GPH rating, and compared to that one, this motor performs very poorly

Works great and does not need priming.

I used it for my rain barrel to transfer the water to fill another barrel
I like the pump and the pressure of the water that comes out very fast it fills the other rain barrelThe only thing is that not even a year itās component inside got worn out and thereās no replacement of it just buy another one thatās the problem of this product.I will try another heavier type not made of plastic cause they are easily worn out
