It's a good cheese, but...
It's a good cheese. However I find the price excessive at almost 12 dollars for a half pound.

Disappointed
Wanted to use this on a home made pizza. This cheese won't actually melt into one big glob of cheese, rather you end up with a million individual cheese shards. Flavorful but smoked mozzarella is the way to go for pizza.

NOT real cheese!
I was very disappointed to find this is not pure cheese but, rather, is identified as "cheese food"--NOT real cheese. The taste was, well...tasteless. After reading the full ingredient label and tasting it once, I threw it in the trash bin.
