I needed some basic devices for my children’s schoolwork. Found the perfect device. Bought under “acceptable” conditions. Was a little concerned at first but with the price I figured I could eat the cost if I ended up with a dud. Im also certified in IT so Id try to fix it myself. The chromebook 11 G8 came earlier than expected. This device looks way better than I anticipated. It started right up and was ready to sign in out the box! Super happy with order. I have 2 more kids that need devices so I will be ordering 2 more comparable devices in the near future. The G8 is so nice I want to keep it for myself lol Thank you! It does have some scratches but in places you can barely notice. I really cant believe I just got a great device at a great price! My kids are gonna be happy and Im gonna be relieved knowing my kids have their tools for school!

The refurbished program from Amazon is wonderful. This is the third device I’ve purchased through it and I haven’t been disappointed once. The screen on this computer is clear, keyboard works wonderfully and the battery life is top notch. Perfect for school work, “light” gaming (my kiddo uses it for Roblox) but would not be great for anything more involved.

This is a Good Product at a Great Price. Got to be a little computer savvy to use a chromebook though. But well worth it if you know how to handle it.

This Chromebook is absolutely functional. I love the 11 inch size of the laptop. One problem I have is that the battery heats up when the device is on my lap. I solved this issue by placing the Chromebook on a Tray table (desk) and because there are rubber feet on the bottom there is enough air flow to keep the battery cool. This is an issue with the make of the device, the only issue I've had with the renewed factor was they sent a charger that did not work with the laptop. the company was friendly and respectful and gave me enough of a refund to purchase a new charger. I started this review by stating this laptop is functional and not exceptional. the display is good not great, the speakers work well not great, and the "lap" top cant sit on your lap to long because of the battery heating up. But i gave it four stars because you can't beat the price on a Chromebook good till 2029, and the durability of this specific model is supposed to be good because it is made for students who are known to be rough on laptops. Also I have had no issues with speed of web browsing or file downloads. I connected it to my Wifi and after a semi brief set of updates i was ready to go. after playing with it for a day or so i have determined that this little Chromebook will serve me well for the next few years until i can afford to purchase a better laptop.

Exactly as described. Amazingly, you can play Netflix on a full-up HD screen without stalls. It was, as advertised, in excellent condition. Shipping was faster than advertised.

No backlit keys as advertised. Keys themselves were a little sticky and tricky because sometimes they would not work right away unless you closed the laptop and then opened it again. Kept the laptop because in the end, it still does work and the sound was actually quite good. Purchased for under $70.00 so mainly use it for watching Netflix and web surfing. Not sure the storage size was accurate but if you only use it to stream and web surf it is fine. Education edition appears durable. Chrome OS updates ends in less than a year so buyer beware.

Works good and price was great Would recommend it if looking for something to help you with the basics and browsing

El producto me gustó mucho, pero me decidí a comprarlo porque quería hacer un examen y el tamaño me pareció muy cómodo. Pero resultó que no era compatible con el software, y por eso lo devolví.

Tiene muy bien funcionamiento de encendido y apagado .Esta perfecta condiciones .Se escucha perfectamente .Tiene para descargar la mayoría de las aplicaciones.
