Works as advertised
I purchased to reduce noise from shower drain that's about a foot above the P-trap - does a good job. Easy to install. Hope it lasts. Seems expensive for what it is.

Good product but doesn't fit Schluter linear drain
I like this product a lot - I ordered the seal for linear drains but it does not fit the schluter drain pan outlet - it's just a little too small. I'm writing this review for those of you that have schluter drain systems. If Oatey makes this a little larger I will certainly purchase it.

Fixed dried out shower P trap
I previously had drain flies and other beasties routinely coming up through a shower drain that got little use and the P trap frequently dried out. This fit well and solved the problem immediately.

Doesn't drain the water fast enough, water pool in shower
Use it in the shower, water pool in the shower water will not drain fast.
