Works great
They recommend using the “spatula” they supply to spread the product around. I did this and after the recommended 4 minutes I didn’t heat much result, so I used my hand and slathered it on and it works great. Everything is nice and smooth. No burning, no bad smell, or irritation.

Highly recommend
I needed the full 8 minutes for it to be effective. It honestly spread very easily and smelled good. I did have to scrap a little hard to get the hair off, but to be fair I didn’t trim to prep or anything. Now, the ONLY burning sensation I got was one side of my scrotum and I’m not sure why. I will definitely continue to use this product, much easier than shaving and worrying about cutting myself.

It's good and works the first time applied but...
It works pretty well, smooth after first use easy instructions. Second and third use a month or two later after the hair grew back it seemed to lose it's effectiveness. After following the instructions the hair was still there so I shelved it wondering why it didn't work. Last time decided to give it one more go another month or so later, followed the instructions again, at the recommended time the hair still wasn't coming out so decided to leave it in beyond the recommended time then started to see results again. Washed it off and still had patches but did take care of some areas. I can only speak for the bottle I had and what worked/didn't work for me. I can also only speak for my body/hair because I don't know if my hair gained a resistance to it or if it actually loses its potency Would I buy it again? Yes, it was easy to apply and does its job on the first go and also mainly for testing with another bottle and see if I can get multiple uses as intended

Burns the ball bag..!!
Allow me to begin by saying your product is quite inviting, yet deceiving. As my special little fellas are of the utmost importance to me, I strive to take my grooming experience to the highest possible standard. In the past I have given many types of grooming techniques a try. With that being said, the unfortunate and surprising zing from nicking the sack bag sure puts a sense of PTSD within my psyche. Therefore furthering my search for a better product. When my search came across your product I was delighted to see you made it a point to boldly advertise its safe for your balls. Well sir, I’m here as personal witness to tell you, that definitely is NOT the fact here. As following the directions to a tee, and since everything down there is bigger, my hair follicles as well remain on the bigger thicker side. So the maximum time was allotted to fully remove the hair. I even procured a timer and set it for 6 minutes, that way to allow myself enough time to climb into the shower and wash off. I am here to tell you Mr. Ball hair removal company, NO, definitely not for sensitive areas, in fact, after about 1 minute the bag began to burn. But I thought is was just part of the hair removal process. Quickly after the 6 minutes was up and the bathroom stunk of burning hair, I hurried into the shower to douse the fire burning on my nether region. After the inferno died down and the product has been washed down my drain further clearing the pipes like drano, I gazed upon my newly manscaped downstairs only to find a yard that had a fireworks show on top of it. It looked like only my ball bag went through Chemotherapy and I was left with a splotchy hack job that I’m embarrassed to show my friends. Overall I am very displeased with your product and I shall cease from using it ever again. I urge you to rebrand your product and only give recommendations for the B-hole, because it did amazing things back there..!! Instead of it looking like peanut butter in shag carpet, it looks like a beautiful waxed bowling alley..!!! Thank you. Ps. Why does this review ask for pictures or videos. Trust me, you don’t want to see that mess..!!

Works great for me
I read the reviews prior to purchasing and it appears that this product works great for most but some have issues. So I knew it was a gamble I have had no issues and was amazed at how well this product works. It does have an odor but I don’t feel that it’s that bad at all. I’ve had no rashes or burning from the product whatsoever and wish I would have purchased this sooner in life.

Kinda works but doesnt stay gone long
It works but does not get in the follice and remove hair. Was not gone long and was prickly again.. Smells good.

Pretty decent overall
I waited several uses before writing this review, just to be sure that issues weren't related to a learning curve rather than the product. My thoughts: Scent - overall I found the scent pleasant. It does have that hair remover 'smell' underneath, but nowhere as near as strong as other dipilatories. I would guess some people are more susceptive to being bothered by chemical smells, so be aware this isn't totally free of chemical scents (to my nose at least). Gentle on skin - I didn't have any issues whatsoever in the regions the manufacturers designate. Out of curiosity, I tried a little in my armpit. Worked well without any irritation. That said, I wouldn't try it in any of the no-no areas for depiliatories though. Hair removal - works as intended. The trick with coarser hair is to make sure you get a good amount globbed on - smearing it on to the point where you can see skin in coarser areas isn't going to result in good removal. I have to use the full 6 minutes due to my coarser hair (and honestly until I get everything off it's closer to 7-8). The result is extremely smooth skin (including places where you inadvertantly apply cream!) Spatula/scraper thing - Mine had sharp manufacturing edges which would catch skin. I took an emery board to the edge to take these off. This may be user error, I just don't see a point to this other than keeping the cream off your hands. I find using it just smears stuff around to the point of uneveness and wastefulness. Also, using the spatula/scraper to remove product doesn't seem to do much other than remove product; a gentle scrubbing with a washcloth seems to remove hair more effectively overall. Value - this is probably my main sticking point. Other's mileage may vary due to hair growth, but I found I have to use this about every 3 days (the recommended wait in between uses). Admittedly I probably used more than necessary the first round, but overall I'm guessing 10-11 uses per 3.8 oz tube. A tube a month adds up pretty quickly financially. I will probably alternate razor and cream to see how much I can stretch things out. Overall thoughts - skip the spatula and use a nitrile glove (or just your finger). If your hair is thin and grows slowly, this would be a very good product (assuming your skin and nose can handle it). Coarser hair is a bit more work but the product does do its job. Cost factor - that's your call.

Works, but there is a learning curve
This product does work as intended for the “nether regions” of the body. However, there was some trial and error, and reading the other reviews also helped. Some pro tips: - Trim hair down to 1 cm wherever possible. It allows the product to work properly on the hair that needs to be pulled off of the roots. - Set a timer for 7 minutes (just before the 8 min max, just in case. It may take you several minutes to rinse off anyway) - Apply product in the shower, so you can quickly rinse hair off. - Expect some slight roughness afterwards, since the product doesn’t destroy the root of the hair follicle, just the part that sticks out. - You can pinch and pull bits of hair while rinsing/showering. They should be weak and fall right off. If not, not enough product was applied on that spot. - Moisturize the areas right after showering and drying off (i.e. vaseline) - Use nitrile gloves to apply and spread product in every nook and cranny you want. The spatula can’t really do that.
